Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

When I tell you I have been a fan of Häagen-Dazs since I was a kid my mom would always get pint sized icecream for us and now a day mot many store sells them, so anytime I see a location I'm getting something. I went to the Opry Mills mall and was boooooooooo excited when I looked up and seen the sign. I asked for a small coffee milkshake that the sign read $4.50 which I know plus tax. I get to the register and the lady say it will be $8.20 I said what did I order she says a small milkshake, I explained the price read $4.50 and she say oh yeah sorry we changed our prices and have not updated the board, she proceeds to pull out a hand written paper with blue and black ink saying these are the new prices. After I have waited 10 mins in line asked about 5 different questions on what the difference of the milkshake and the coffee drinks, nobody mentioned the prices had inflated to $4 more. So I politely told her I no longer wanted my drink and left. This is absurd,. Not a happy lifetime long customer.

Thank you for your apology Lori, but I probably will not be back anytime soon especially after you insinuated that I lied about the price. Especially when myself and the associates talked about the price when I got to the register. And maybe while you wait for a new sign, a simple print out of the correct prices laminated on a nice stand (possibly from Target, Walmart, Amazon) on the counter where the customers order would help with all confusion. And another idea making sure the associate that are assisting with taking the orders inform the PAYING customers that keep your business running about the price change. These are some simple fixes. And just a word of advice, Remember without customers and LOYAL customers you have no business. So maybe once there is a new owner or location I'll be back to spend my hard...

I am looking for Haagen Dazs company page review. Since this is a store of there I guess all is the same. I have been eating Haagen Dazs for over and year or more now. I have tried Bourbon praline pecan 😋, caramel cones, which are my two favorite but the bourbon praline pecan I can not find anywhere. I live in MS. So I wanted to try another flavor since the store was out of my favorite. I purchased the cookies and cream. I really have never said I do not like how and ice cream tastes 😕 but cookies and cream flavors is good, but the cookie in the ice cream is salty, I have never experienced that much of a salt that taste before in and ice cream. I had a very rude experience with a young lady on Saturday afternoon at 6:38 PM. I'm putting the exact time because she closed early. I didn't know she was closing early until I asked her what the normal hours of operation were so I could add them to Google. She said 11 to 7...its on the website. I mentioned, that it wasn't 7 yet and she replied that she could close when she wanted. She then promptly left and didn't say anything else to me.
