Just stepped into this place after walking by it, the lady with black curly hair had a piss poor attitude and did not feel welcomed here. Never smiled once and her body language was very visibly negative, well I just had my meal vastly disappointed grease barbecue sauce on the bottom bun and I paid $8.99 for this? I almost forgot she didn't deliver the burger she didn't deliver any silverware any napkins nothing. Then the server have the gall to try to charge me more by running my debit card on another check, They try to act like it was an accident but she did it on purpose her body language from the get-go read she did not want me there. Maybe it was because I had an American flag pin on my jacket but I'm not sure why she would try to charge me for another tab if not too screw me over. I only ordered a water with the burger but the total came to $14.45 when I ordered a $8.99 Burger. I will never be back to this establishment and I will never recommend it to anybody especially when you have Shady server/bartender trying to screw you over. The male bartender with the red beard and hair is an All Star and was running circles around the woman, I just can't express how disappointed I am lack of customer service from the get-go burger was sloppy not even worth the price, and then the server tries to screw me over. Never again.

Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Jack Brows for a long time—I used to drive an hour just to get one of their burgers because they were that good. I typically stop by 2–3 times a week and have always appreciated the friendly staff and consistent quality.
Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me, which was unusual. I was told my order would take about 10–12 minutes—no problem. But when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter unattended. I asked a staff member nearby (a young man in a purple shirt doing inventory) for a ramekin and some JB sauce. He told me I'd need to pay $0.50 for the sauce, which I’ve never had to do before. I mentioned I’m a regular and this has never come up.
He was dismissive and interrupted me while I was explaining. He also told me that sauce is only free if you dine in, which makes no sense since the price of the burger doesn’t change. I then asked for paper towels, and he said they were already in the bag—turns out he only put three in there. For a large burger and a full order of fries, that’s just not enough, and the way he responded made me feel like I was being a burden for simply asking.

Usually my favorite burger been coming here since like 2017 but lately the quality of the food has gone down. It’s either over cooked and tough which makes you feel like it’s not wagyu because it normally melts in your mouth. I’ve had it before where it was basically pink pink verge of raw Or over salted. I blame the fact the cooks are constantly changing which really sucks. The best to ever do it was the guy back in 2017 the big fella who reminds me of big rob He was the best to ever grace that grill burgers were as consistent as they have ever been.
Update 3/24/25 this place has gone down hill every time I come here my order is wrong or under cooked or over cooked or missing something. I went from coming twice a week religiously to barely coming once every couple months and still can’t get it right.
