Unfortunately from this experience I will never support a Jimmy John’s establishment. A few weeks ago the local store brought over sample sandwiches for myself and my co-workers to try. We were excited to have another food option in the area. Yesterday my co-worker and I placed orders around 11:47AM and due to short staffing my other co-worker went over to pay and pick-up. This was her and I’s first time trying the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches. When he brought them back we discovered that they were not what we expected but due to the timing we were not able to return to the store to address our concerns. We later called to report the issue around 4:00PM when things slowed down at work and the shift manager Daisy requested that we bring the sandwiches back in for refund. I then requested to speak with her manager because this type of policy seems very unsanitary to bring a sandwich back into the location hours later to prove that we were worthy enough to have a refund issued for the poorly made product. We were according to the images expecting what is described as ‘all natural chicken’ which as advertised looks like chunks of chicken turned out to be cold-cut deli chicken meat, a piece of bacon, tomato, lettuce and an extensive amount of ranch that ultimately made the sandwich very soggy. Daisy informed me that the General Manager Sarah was not available and would be back in the morning. I called and spoke with Sarah today around 10:45 and she informed me that we needed to bring the sandwiches back for a refund, almost 24 later. I then asked her for the information of the owner or the person over her and she told me that she would not give me that information but offered for someone to give me a call. I ended that call with her and immediately spoke with customer service and they took my information and informed that someone would give me a call. This is not resolved and this is not good customer service at all to be asked to bring in a sandwich into a food and beverage establishment 24 hours or even hours after leaving. This review doesn’t even deserve a one star but that’s the only way to...
Read moreI've been waiting for this place to open up for a while now and when they did, I was a happy customer every single day...some days I had JJ sandwich twice. Today I got my second delivery for myself and a friend who wanted to try JJ. When we started to eat the sandwich, it was very salty. We took a few more bites and just couldn't eat it.
I called the shop and told the lady about the sandwich and she was just quiet. I thought we got disconnected. I asked if she wanted me to bring them back so we could get a new sandwich. She said she had to put me on hold to call the owner. I waited on hold for nearly 10minutes. She came back and said the owner wasn't going to allow a refund or replacement. I told her I never asked for a refund and how I've been getting sandwiches everyday since they opened and simply wanted a replacement sandwich because we could not eat these SALTY ones.
I was trying to talking to her about this but she wouldn't let me speak. I asked if I could speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked when will the owner be there so I could talk to him and asked for his name. She said maybe Monday and hug up on me. I called back to ask for the info and was put on hold. I hung up and called back. The phone was answered and immediately hunged up. I called a last time and ask could I please have the information and she said the owner said she didn't have to tell me and not to call back because they are now closed.
I have never been to a place who would refuse to replace unsatisfactory food. Who does that? I wasn't asking for a refund but a new sandwich because we couldn't eat the ones that was sent. I see that customer satisfaction is very low on the list of this franchise location.
By the way, I spent over 100 dollars here in the past 7 days between lunches, dinners, and buying meals for family and friends because I was so excited about this place and wanting them to like it too.

Read moreWalk in this store and first of all by the looks of the employee I thought that I was walking in on them while closing. They had that uuuggg look on the face... with me being a first timer very unpleasant.. proceeded to the counter and looked at the menu.. the guy at the counter ask me what are you going to order?... I paused I and said it's my first time, I have not a clue.... he didn't try to break down the menu, offer assistance nothing. So finally I just said a turkey tom would be fine..... I wanted to know the difference in sizes, the guy from a distance (later to find out he was a manager).. let me know all the sandwiches are 8inch minus u getting the sandwich on wheat bread. After the prep of my sandwich, it was handed to me on no bag nothing.... a customer walked in after me received his food in a bag.. so I wondered why I had to ask. Meet the manager coming in from outside... he told me that they wear gloves to prep food and to avoid cross contamination they leave it in bagged... lol.... I exspressed my Un satisfaction on the visit.. the manager told me I was just looking for something to be mad about..... what a wonderful experience... please if you live in donelson or surrounding areas .. avoid .. avoid avoid.... I really wish subway wasn't closed...
