I'll preface this by saying that I am normally a Starbucks customer, and temporarily forgot that it's because Ebar gives substandard service most of the time. However, I had a gift card to use so today I visited Ebar to grab an americano with a "splash" of almond milk. Not thinking anything of the total until I looked at my receipt closer... I was charged $0.75 for the splash of almond milk? Usually this is a complimentary addition to any basic coffee order... anywhere else but Ebar apparently. The second and most easily avoidable issue, is that my hot coffee was haphazardly shoved onto the pick up area, with NO lid, causing some coffee to spill out. I guess I was also unaware that my $4.04 grande americano didn't include paying the barista...

The chocolate pretzel scone and hot mocha latte were amazing and the baristas are very friendly. Great place to relax with your laptop if you're out and about and need a spot to do some work all of a sudden.
Don't park at Dillard's; use the Nordstrom lot. Eventually Dillard's will connect to the rest of the mall...
