This business fraudulently added a 21$ tip to my order & charged it to my CC 2 days after I picked up the food. My order placed June 24th totaled $21.47 including tax and tip (2$) - confirmed via emailed order confirmation. Two days later my card showed an "adjusted total with tip" of 42.94.... unbelievable. I understand mistakes can happen but how does a 21$ tip accidentally get added to my bill 2 days later?? I called the restaurant and spoke to a worker who told me their manager was not in but would call me first thing the following morning, still waiting on a call... apparently erroneously charging your customers 21$ is not a priority to remedy... its a shame because the food was honestly excellent and I told all the friends I was with when I picked up the order that "this place is going to be getting all my money going forward" - but I refuse to support a business that is run in a manner that I have to keep tabs on my banking statements to make sure workers aren't padding their tips... and then have to make multiple calls just to get it fixed. Aloha. This is my favorite place! Mahalo to my island cousins for making and delivering the good food. It comes with memories that smile. TRANSLATION for the visitors. This place has good fresh Hawaiian based food. While seafood in Nashville is a reality that pushes the borders of common sense with the nearest ocean a 12 hour drive away, PokeWorks delivers! Excellent seafood. Excellent SPAM. Excellent miso soup. Excellent sides. Excellent Hawaiian sodas. And Excellent delivery. Go there. Eat there. Homebound? Get it delivered.
