Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I have never had a god experience with the manager here. Today for example, I was supposed to have a free smoothie & the coupon was not scanning correctly. Instead of assisting, the manager said there was “nothing he could do.” After I ordered, I waited in the line to ask for assistance because it was working at that point. Thinking the manager would honor it and instead he asked if I wanted someone else in the store use it (not possible because it’s on my app). I ended up leaving because it’s not a big deal, but he has NEVER been kind.

I’m a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe!!! I absolutely love this NEW location!!! Amazing staff that is always ready to welcome you and willing to deliver incredible customer service. The customers are extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasant including outdoor seating! The food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and smoothies are delicious, fresh, healthy, and great variety. Well worth the drive, walk, bike ride - however you commute. Girl at the register was really rude. She had two airpods in and barely said a word during our entire exchange as I ordered. When my smoothie was done, she sat it on the back counter and didn’t even call my name. I sat for a while waiting, and when it felt like it had been a while I looked up and she was just on her phone behind the counter.
