Went in the middle of the afternoon. So not exactly rush hour. The girl behind the counter was obviously new(er), and she did the best she could with what seems like minimal training. Aside from that, there are issues. Out of granola, but instead of just offering to replace it with one of their other granolas (on something that has granola as a primary ingredient), they up charge you for it. Next, it took over 20 minutes to get two açaí bowls. There was only one order in front of us. The girl behind the counter was clearly struggling to do everything on her own while two other employees just sat, at the only seating inside, on their laptops. They made no effort to help her. I will also mention it’s there opening day for this location & I’m sure things will get better but for now I’d recommend going to...

The bowls are underwhelming and wayyyyy overpriced. They are so slow that you can’t even go on a work break. It’s one of those places where you know it will close down within a year. You just can’t do California...
