Was advertised as $109/night on Expedia but at check in was $660 for 2 nights. Also if you find this on airbnb do not book it either.
Asked front desk about parking because there was no information on where to pay. metro owns p1 (first level). Parking is actually on p3- and is $40/night which are not included in your fees. Lobby access is on floor p3 but it’s confusing when you need to initially park when you pull into p1 and it’s saying to scan the QR code to park. So that’s a different rate than p3 since that’s the hotels floor. There are cameras in the parking garage but who’s to say they even work because when you’re locked out they aren’t coming to rescue. Went to ask the front desk staff a question and security had rudely interjected and answered instead.
The parking was not secure nor was the building. You are given codes, fobs and a parking barcode for your dash. Multiple access doors had broken key pads or didn’t work making it difficult to enter the building which either don’t work and leads you trying the other doors in the parking garage to access your hotel room. No matter how many times the code was typed in it would go red most of the time or not work because it’s broken yet the door still won’t open. It’s like - If you have IBS take a dump in the stairwell like others due to not having easier access to your room.
It’s a self service hotel, majority of information is through email and text messages. There’s a wall that has the fobs in it that you have to enter a code in for. It’s just overall messy. There’s a mail room too, however we walked by someone’s room in the hall and their package was just sitting outside their door so anyone could just take it.
Bolidy waste in stairwells. People also seem to smoke weed and cigarettes there too.
When trying to exit your room you have to use your key fob to lock the door because it will NOT lock on its own. Same for entering your room room the door will remain unlocked unless you physically lock it your self.
The room itself was clean, the housekeepers were the most helpful in the entire building. The tv was impossible to get a single channel or app to even work, after 45 minutes of attempts, just ended up turning off the tv. The blinds do NOT block out light. It’s basically just so people can’t see in so you’ll be waking up as soon at the sun touches the horizon. It also doesn’t block out the ambient city light. There’s a giant washer and dryer though and large walk in closet (the room we had anyway). The glass shower was nice in comparison to our friends room which had a jank shower curtain and small tub. However there’s no shelves or shower space to place your own person items. The could have supplied us with additional towels in the room but I mean we made it work.
This place has the potential given its location however not wanting to provide proper information to guests and not paying for good staff says a lot. It’s low tech trying to be high tech with no employees or maintenance. Confusing, messy and chaotic. Do not recommend. At every given point in time the hotel will attempt to collect personal data/information in order to most likely sell and profit off of your information.
Don’t even get me started on checking out but not sure if you will have access to car after leaving. Meaning if you paid for 48 hours like we did … that means we paid until 4:30pm… however if check out is 11am ……. We just paid for that parking. But if we turn in the keys …??? How would we gain access to our car if everything requires codes?

Read moreI arrived in the room. The screen door is broken and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is off balance making a constant clicking noise. The bedroom was filthy which made me take a closer look. Found bugs in the bed and carpet. Then checked the bathroom to find the shower had hair in it and water spots which shows that it was never cleaned from previous customers stay.
Request housing cleaning to come and clean the room and maintenance to fix the screen door and ceiling fan. There was alot of back and forth with the front desk through the app then went out for dinner. I came back and housekeeping never showed up. I ended up sleeping on the couch because the bedroom was filthy.
I went to my meeting early in the morning and when I got back to the room at around 5pm to find out that the screen door and ceiling fan got fixed but nothing was cleaned. Then I went down and talked to the desk person to find out that housekeeping goes home at 4. Check in is at 4 so you are screwed if anything is wrong with your room till the next day. I want to leave this hotel at this point but they refused to cancel the rest of the nights I was booked. So I slept on the couch again because the bedroom was still filthy and unacceptable for anyone to sleep in.
Next morning I once again went down to speak with the desk to get the room clean and they insisted that housekeeping cleaned the room even after I showed them the pictures of the dirty status of the room and pictures of the bugs in the bed. They want to charge me to clean the room that was never cleaned in the first place! Once again I wanted to leave the this property to go anywhere but once again they refused to cancel my last night. They said they would have housekeeping clean the room at no cost. I waited in the room till 2:30 and no housekeeping. So I left to try and enjoy some of my trip in Nashville. When I got back to the room at 6pm they finally did clean the room. At this point I was so skeeved out that I couldn't go into the bedroom because of the bug situation.
So the poor sanitary conditions were not just in my room. There was trash left in the halls. Food bits in the carpet in the hallway. Even a dirty bandit that was in the hall the whole time I was there(3 days). Which proves that they don't clean. This is an unacceptable practice especially with COVID floating around. The neighbors is outside the safe zone. The aggressive homeless and the drug zombies are a issue.
Does anyone check these rooms before they are rented out? The poor company policies and horrendous management at Sentral So Bro is a abuse of customers to say the least. My experience with Sentral So Bro ruined my trip to Nashville and soured my booking.com experience.
Booking.com could do nothing to help me with any of this. What's the point in using these apps if they can do nothing to help you in...
Read moreWe are just back from a 4 night stay @Sentral Sobro and I honestly cannot fault it. I would be a bit picky where we stay but from reading other reviews and seeing the pictures I was excited to stay here, the pictures are EXACTLY what you get, the amenities are fantastic, we used the pool and the gym, the fire pits and the car park. Before arriving I had read some reviews in regards to gaining access to the property and that made me nervous, people saying it was confusing! I will say if I hadn’t of read those reviews I would have been very confused but I knew what to look for. They email you an access code on the day of your arrival, only if you fill in the pre arrival form, I didn’t know that and when we arrived at the airport I still had no access code and got a bit nervous, we booked through booking.com who responded to all my messages immediately, they got me a code and once we were in the door ( it looks like there’s no main entrance but there is around the side of the building not near the car park entrance ) we were grand. Getting the key was so simple once you have that arrival email, we spent two nights in a standard apt and then asked could we get one with a balcony, we were moved straight away and without any hassle! The location is amazing for broadway, the Yee Haw bar around the corner is lovely as is the taco bar in there. We got scooters outside Sentral doors every day and scooted to broadway, no more than $6 each and so easy to set up and use! Honestly I would recommend this property to everyone, pre book your parking on level P3 or P4 as that’s the easiest access. If we ever return to Nashville we will definitely be staying here! If your looking for somewhere that’s close, clean and has everything you need as well as lovely staff then this is your place! Ps I never leave reviews but had to...
