For the manager per their response - I did not decline, that is a complete lie. I spent over an hour of my time dealing with Uber Eats before calling your restaurant back with the sole intention of getting you to deal with the issue. I was very clear to the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone that I wanted them to figure out the issue with Uber Eats. I’ve also added a photo of the order with the note. I’d also like to point out you didn’t give us tortillas - who doesn’t put tortillas in a fajita order?
I placed an $60 order online for chicken and steak fajitas, while explicitly stating in the instructions to put the guacamole on the side because my pregnant wife is allergic. After picking up the food, we found no tortillas and guac NOT on the side. Meat was warm and vegetables were cold - if you’ve ever had fajitas before then you know how concerning that is.
I called to see if there was anything they could do and they told me I could drive back to pick up tortillas (no) or I could call uber eats to have them credit my account because they can’t do that in the 21st century. If you like average Mexican food with above average prices and little attention to detail, oh and bad customer service - then this location is great for you. Otherwise, stick to Cinco de Mayo.
Also if you thought “check before you leave” - good idea, but they completely seal the bag, and I don’t travel to restaurants with my own pair...
Read moreWe walked down to Tito’s last night for dinner and drinks — the location is excellent and we are excited to have a local watering hole! We had to wait a few minutes for a bar seat, but I love how the bar is open air. It’s a nice, relaxed atmosphere with good space and pretty tile work.
We had excellent service at the bar. Jose Ramón, Louis, Adrian and Ana were all super attentive, efficient and ... fun! For us, the service is the most important element of a meal. They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had margaritas and G&T — for me the margarita taster was too sweet, but I know most people love that. I just couldn’t resist trying the cute, colorful sampler — my salted, skinny margarita was better for my palate.
We started with the three amigos dip appetizer — all were delicious. I really liked all the jalapeños in the queso, but the real star of the show was the sabrocho queso was the real winner in this dish!
My husband had taquitos and he ordered the fried jalapeños to put on top (also in photo — he added salsa). They were so good and crispy. I think this will be my next dish.
I had the beef fajitas. I loved all the peppers and onions, but my ONLY complaint about the entire evening was that the beef was dry. Everything else with the dish (rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, etc) were perfect.
Tito’s will do well here in this location (this being their sixth here in Middle TN) — and we are excited to return next...
Read moreI had an amazing first experience at this new restaurant!
I live right next door and have been waiting for it to open for ages. I was not disappointed! Our server, Cesar, was incredible and super friendly. The food was some of the best I’ve had since I moved to Nashville, especially in the west end. I had the “Mexican Plate” and it was huge! It was like two entrees for the price of one. I would definitely recommend their Gold Margarita if you’re looking for drinks. The menu said it was voted best in Nashville (and I totally agree).
I dined in on one of their first few nights open and it was already very lively and energetic inside. There were a few screens at the bar playing live sports, plenty of seating (both inside and outdoors), and lots of people enjoying their time with some good food and drinks.
I’m so glad that we now have an amazing neighborhood restaurant that we can be regulars at. I’ll definitely be visiting very often...
