Bellagio Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Menu prices are always out of date and quality control is inconsistent. In my last order, I asked for two pasta dinners -- A spaghetti and meatball and a baked ziti. These guys put the meatballs on the ziti (itself a watery mess) and gave me plain noodles in place of the spaghetti. This was after waiting a full extra 30 minutes on top of the time they told me that the order was ready. Furthermore, the breadsticks that came with the dinner had the consistency of chalk and really inconsistent in size -- the pair that came with one of the dinners were half the size of the pair in the other meal!

This was not a one-off. Because it's close, I order repeatedly from this restaurant. I almost always regret it, and it's always worse with every order, like they can't help but try to cut costs further with every month in business. I have to give up on Bellagio's.

EDIT: this business's response tries to excuse the inconsistent breadstick size with the excuse that "they're homemade" as if knowing that should improve my evaluation of my experience w/ this business. Free advice: If your homemade recipe tastes like chalk and can't produce consistent portion sizes, maybe you're better off going store-bought. Also notable that the response ignores my complaint that they put meatballs in a Ziti. And I'm telling you reader: these are just the mistakes I remember.

In fact, now that I think about it. My boyfriend keeps ordering pizzas from this place. They are so small and so thin for what you're paying. I was angry just looking at it and I didn't even pay for or eat it. Don't blame anyone but yourself if you read this and still buy...

UPDATED POST 12MAR2025: After seeing my review, I received a call from the owner, who was concerned about the experience I had. He apologized and invited me to eat at the location to have the in-person experience. He provided quality service and asked me to choose menu items that featured signature items. I ordered the supreme calzone and a cannoli. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes are great. I recommend dining in VS delivery if you want the best experience. The food was fresh and flavorful. I am changing this rating to 4 stars. The restaurant is quiet and a great place to do work while waiting on your food. The only reason it is not a 5 is due to the delivery issue; however, I will try again and maybe update this again.

ORIGINAL POST 11MAR2025: I do not understand the great reviews on this restaurant. First, they did not include all the items paid for, nor the items that should have come in the order with the sampler. Second, their food was not made as advertised. The onion rings were soggy. There was no marina sauce for the mozzarella sticks. The bread that came with the salad was weird, tiny, and not edible. I received the wrong salad dressing. The salad was wilting. The "hot food" was less than lukewarm. I will not waste money on another visit. The food had a weird taste to it. Possibly old. Couldn't even eat it after a couple of nibbles. Worst "Italian Food" I have eaten from a restaurant that had such great reviews. It needs all...

Absolutely worst pizza and experience I've ever had. Came here for the advertised gluten free crust, as a girl in our party has celiac disease and it was awful. Dough was undercooked to the point that I could roll the soft dough between my fingers. The gluten free crust was also undercooked, to the point where my friend ate the cheese OFF of her pizza crust. The Mozzarella sticks had wet breading and cold, clearly undercooked cheese these were remade and came out burnt. The chicken parmesean sandwich was ice cold as soon as we got it. When I asked for a refund as we didn't eat our meal, the worker gave the money back for one pizza, and then came back to our group while we were finishing our sodas outside with my dissected pizza saying we were wrong, that it was cooked fine, and that he had tried some of it himself after we had eaten a slice ( gross ) and that it was my fault I didn't ask for it to be extra crispy crust. Another patron walked out and exclaimed it was the worst pizza he had ever tasted as well. The restaurant also was cluttered with trash on all empty tables. The staff is rude, the food is terrible, if you're looking for pizza look elsewhere friends.
