My boyfriend and I went there this pass Sunday as an afternoon date. We came in to be told that there was a 15 min wait, now mind you there were tables available. I put my name down for a table and my boyfriend said you want to get a drink at the bar. I said sure we went over there. We wait 10 minutes before a bartender came. He asked if we wanted and drink and if we wanted any food. We told him that we were waiting for a table and he said no you can order food here too. That when i canceled our table and we orders our drinks with some nachos that came out out but , we also order other food too. My boyfriend order a medium hamburger with fries , the fries were cold and his hamburger was not cooked medium and cold also. I ordered the sliders with the ribs and fries. Mine came out with out the ribs. I said something to waitress and she said she get the bartender. I said something to him and he said i pointed to the one with out the ribs. I told him I did not and went to have them brought out, now mind my food was also cold and even the ribs they brought out were cold and not hot. We then go over so that we can play some games, now i understand you have to make money but to charge people a fee to activate a card is wrong. On top of that his this and adult place or a family place due to that you have families there with their kids out in the game area along with the adults that have alcohol and bring it out into the game area. I think if you want to have it as both that you should have one side for adults and the other side for families. If you do not want to do that then you have to have the adults not bring there alcohol out into the gaming area as you are asking for trouble as there are also teenagers that are there to and an adult puts there drink down that teenager could pick it up...
Read moreFirst time there. The lights were insanely bright around the bar, the music was loud and the volume for the TVs was all equally too loud. Pretty much had to speak loudly and lean in to hear anything the bartender said. Not ideal. The food was ok, but that's not saying much. My husband got like philly cheese stake sliders and they were flavorless meat shavings. I got lettuce wraps... the chicken tasted just the the bag chicken at the grocery store... you know, the fully cooked strips... yea, it wasn't good. I also got zootles and they were not even remotely close to seasoned. We got basic drinks (a beer and a shot), so no complaints there.
While at the bar, the amount of staff just standing along the back wall doing nothing and looking displeased, well, it was frankly mind blowing. This is a new place that just opened, lool happy to be there.
The bartender was great (Dara). She was sweet and happy to answer any questions. She walked us through the points cards, how getting the one with the meal was the best cost, yadda yadda. We really liked her.
The games were fun. It felt like being at a carnival, but indoors, you can openly drink while walking around, and the games were awesome. With two of us using the one card, we went through 80 points in 40 minutes. That was a really good deal since it only cost $16. We mostly did the games that give tickets, so at the end we got prizes! It was nice to see that the prizes weren't requiring an insane amount of tickets and that collecting tickets was super easy. We left with smiles, a unicorn mug, some candy and our reloadable points card.
I'm guessing we will go again. I'm hoping that the lack luster experience is due to the super freshness of it all. I'm sure in a few months this place with have...
Read moreA fun area for both family and friends! Great games and (surprisingly) great food and drinks. We ordered the fresh burrata and bruschetta appetizer which was delicious. After that, the entree was a short rib bolognese which was also quite good. Drinks were delicious and affordable depending on what you purchase.
The games were fun and there was plenty of variety. Some games were out of order and some that were open did not work correctly. I've been here many times and there's always a few games that just don't work correctly. Of the games that worked, there were plenty of fun ones (basketball and Ice hockey were great). The price of the games is definitely a little on the high end, but you are also paying for the atmosphere and experience. If you're getting food, drinks, and games then you should plan to spend $40-50 a person.
Overall, this was a fun time - but something I'd only recommend on occasion. Since their games are fairly similar each time, coming back too often may become boring. Aside from that, I'd recommend it overall for anyone in the Natick area that enjoys...
