I recently ordered a pair of expensive shoes from courtside kicks with high hopes and excitement, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The shoes arrived in an appalling condition - dirty, scuffed, and even showing signs of glue residue. This level of negligence and lack of quality control left me shocked and deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. To add to my frustration, my attempts to communicate with store was very hard . I reached out multiple times to address the issue and seek a resolution, but they ignored my messages, displaying a complete disregard for their customers' concerns. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the shop only exacerbated the already unpleasant situation. Finally, after relentless efforts to get a response, they agreed to send a replacement pair of shoes. I was hopeful that this time, they would be more careful with the order, and I looked forward to receiving a pristine pair of shoes. However, my hopes were quickly shattered when the second pair arrived in a similarly dreadful condition - dirty, marked with scuffs, and again with visible glue stains. The complete lack of attention to detail and quality control demonstrated by store is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the premium price tag attached to the shoes. One would expect that such an expensive purchase would come with impeccable craftsmanship and presentation. My confidence in the shop's ability to deliver a satisfactory product has been utterly shattered. It's deeply disappointing to have such a negative experience with a brand that claims to provide premium products...

Court side kicks showed me what sneaker shopping is really about. I was in Rome living life when I met up with some of the owners. We were out clubbing when I told them I was looking to update my wardrobe and had deep pockets. They offered to fly me out to one of their stores. I had several special requests; all of which were met. They opened after hours specifically for my visit. I had requested a couple pairs of some very exclusive kicks that I had been searching for. They surprised me with the impossible. No doubt the best 30k I’ve ever spent. I recommend for all sneaker lovers. Whether you’re spending 200 bucks or 2,000 this is the most Pristine place to do so.
