Banter by Piercing Pagoda — Local services in Natick

DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE TO GET EARS PIERCED FOR BABIES. We were here the other day with my 11 month old baby to get her ear lobes pierced and there were about 3 ladies working there with absolutely no friendly behavior or smile in their faces. Still I thought they would do a good job with the piercing but I was wrong. My baby was crying so bad when the two ladies with a DEADPAN face were trying to mark her lobes with a marker. Their attitude was like they were going for a war. They weren't even trying to distract her or talking with her or smiling at her or even being nice with her(Nothing). After almost 15 minutes of trying and crying my daughter's face turned from red to purple and then to pale white and they were still trying with absolutely no care, no smile, no reaction, no talking to her. And when I asked them to stop and give her a break still there were no reaction in their faces they were all keeping silent. They claim they are trained but definitely they are not trained for piercing babys. Definitely will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to any moms or anyone for that matter. Absolutely trashy place. After few hours I went to Clare's located upstairs and explained the situation. They are really kind and playful with my duaghtet that the whole process of piercing was done in 5mins with less crying. I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like Jasmine Deserves this review for sure….I just want to thank Jasmine for the upmost outstanding service and with great patience yesterday I came to banter because I heard of the sale that was going on so I decided to visit the Natick location upon arrival the booth was very busy about 5-6 people waiting with just one associate I got to say Jasmine was very patient too her time with each customer and acknowledging everyone even though their was one customer who was giving her a hard time because she had to wait buy everyone was waiting patiently but I gotta tell you she handled everything with ease and professionalism..I just want to thank you Jasmine for helping me pick the perfect gift for my son birthday and alittle something for myself too I’m happy that we connected…God Loves you very much keep being you and keep showing love while people try to put you down your truly a sweetheart I will be back for this amazingly experience...
