Burros & Fries — Restaurant in National City

I have 45 minutes to enjoy my lunch as I work down stairs. I ordered my food and waited. And continued to wait. And wait even more. As I’m waiting I see the Chef leave the cook station and grab a drink from the fridge and just talk with the front receptionist lady for 5 minutes as other people are waiting for their food. My food is finally done and I see him place it on the shelf for her to grab, she grabs my food and continues to talk to the chef as my food is in her hand for almost 3 more minutes.

I don’t have a problem with chatting on the job or making small talk, but at least having common decency is all anyone could ask for....

Idk what's wrong with the Cook if hes angry or hates his job but I got a burrito that was super sloppy & with holes in the tortilla. I go back to tell them why is my burrito already falling apart? I went to this location to buy a California Burrito this morning around 10:50 am and it tasted very rancid, and the meat was very overcooked dry. I’m not sure what it was that was rancid but something was definitely bad. Possibly old oil used or bad ingredients. I assumed since they took a while to make it it would be a good burrito since they only had two customers in the mall.
