Arby's — Restaurant in Neenah

Used to live a few miles away and would come in here all the time for lunch. So it’s been a while since we stopped at this particular location. Came in here last week Tuesday with my daughter and mother in law for a quick bite to eat before we ran a few errands. Wish you’d bring back the ham and Swiss melts! Why don’t you have ham on your menu anymore?! I will say, the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant was subpar. Many dirty tables (we had to wipe ours down before we could be seated) and our shoes STUCK to the floor, in many spots of the restaurant. While we stood at the registers, they felt glued to the floor when you tried to move to the register to place your order. My mother in law mentioned it to the cashier and she looked the least bit disinterested in getting a mop bucket and doing something about the sticky spots. Got to our tables, same thing. I felt like a mouse on a glue trap. Not sure if it was the floor cleaner used or if it was from spills, it was just gross. We were completely fine after we left. Didnt stick going outside so...

Three employees in the kitchen and no one greeted us. At least two of them saw us walk in but it took at least a minute before anyone even acknowledged us. The guy with the headset on rang us up. He was nice but didnt seem to want to be there.

I get that the food wont look like the pictures, but at least put all the correct items on each sandwich. Got the smokehouse brisket and it was missing the onion rings. My dad got the same thing and it too was missing the onion rings and had very little sauce. My curly fries were cold and old looking. I couldn't even finish them.

Store was clean from what I could see. After we were served our food the employees stood around in the kitchen eating. Right where everyone could see them.

Not too impressed with...

Ordered a chicken bacon swiss combo. Got home to enjoy and it was a chico sandwich alright but with no bacon, no cheese and no mustard. These are the items that distinguishes from other sandwiches. Have them the benefit of the doubt and went back to have them fix it (10min drive one way). Checked the sandwich and they put Mayo on the sandwich... I was kind, curious and patient knowing that everyone is having a difficult time with the lack of help or new bodies everywhere! PDA may have been a factor in the inability to properly assemble a sandwich. I've now spent more on gas than the sandwich and that is how they wanted to fix...
