Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican — Restaurant in Nevada

Came there after a long work day while hungry. They either running scheme to scam people and get more tips or completely unprofessional. Never back there. NEVER! Ordered quesadilla and one taco. Was on register and then saw the bill which surprised me around 26$ all in. Regular quesadilla and single taco. I asked why from cashier and dishwasher guy with name Andro Johnson disrupted us mid conversation and told that single simple taco cost 9$ which is insane(in any taco place in vegas price would be 3-4$ at most) I was surprised why the dishwasher talking to me instead of the cashier who i was talking to and why he disrupted us mid-conversation. Dishwasher guy(Andro Johnson) was threatening me to not serve me at all after i declined to overpay twice of amount supposed to be(before i made the order i confirmed with the front stuff that a single plain taco was 5$). The employee with name Andro Johnson was dropping f words, and racial slurs and was calling me broke while i declined to overpay for this taco and wanted me to go back in line after i was already on the register paying for my food. He didnt know that i drive 60k car to this place and i m 300k youtuber, so it was not about money at all. I was just hungry and came to first place on my way home. Its about fairness. When I asked why taco is 9$ i was called broke and his coworker was holding him like he was trying to fight or something so i felt unsafe over there deescalated situation and left. But I highly recommend management/owner/hr to handle this situation seriously before i will proceed with legal action. I was trying to find a manager but they were covering up each other and didnt let me to find a manager on duty. Was just discriminated against by these two people at this location. Older female is the actual General Manager. The younger female got mad when I asked about my coupon, she started to purposely short me on the portion size due to being mad and then I refused to have her make my food. That's when she watched as another employee made my salad and then told the cashier to charge me for extra cheese even though I didn't ask for it. I then asked for a manager who then came up and that first employer began to speak in a different language before the manager came up to me. That's when the manager came up and said "What's the problem?". I asked her to look at my salad and tell me if that's extra cheese. She then went on a rant about how it looked like I had extra beans, extra cheese and makes a comment saying you want "Extra everything". That's when I asked the girl who had started my salad did I ask her for anything extra even she said no!!!

That's when the manager says "It's okay, FREE SALAD and GO" That's when I decided to ask for her name and the rude employees name. She ignored me. So I took a picture to show who I interacted with. That's when I asked a different employee who was the cashier about the main manager. That's when that rude employee who got mad about a coupon and cheese tells the cashier "Just ignore her and don't say nothing"

I couldn't believe what I was dealing with. That's when the customer behind me starts to speak in Spanish to the manager and they begin a conversation and I knew they were talking about me.

That's when the manager tells the cashier "FREE salad". I told the cashier no free salad I'm going to pay and I have a $8 salad coupon. That's when the manager says again " you ask question after question everything free!"

I love Cafe Rio's but the last few times we've gone into this one near the 215/Durango, there is has been an issue with the food. When we went to this one a few weeks ago, my daughter order a chicken quesadilla, she received a completely different chicken order with things she did not like or couldn't eat. They had to make her dinner all over again and while they made her dinner my dinner got cold. While they apologize for her's they did not offer to even keep mine warm or do it when I suggested it. Last week when we went in, one of the employees was slinging sour cream and dressing to where it was going into other food that it should not be in, and in the people's dinner containers which one was mine and I had to ask someone else to move my container since we don't eat certain things on our food that he was slinging around. This time I called in an order and 3rd time was not a charm. I ordered my taco with meat and cheese only. I repeated it 3 times to the girl, and she repeated it back to me as well at least twice. When I go home my taco only had meat and nothing else on it. Not the cheese I had ordered as well. I was not going back, so I put regular cheese that does not go right with it, but it was better than nothing. The staff is pleasant enough there besides not knowing how to accommodate the mistakes they make, which seriously I go to enough of the Cafe Rio's in town and I've only had this problem at one other store, and the cashier notice the mistake not me and took care of it right away and gave us a 50% discount on our meal without us asking and sat us down with drinks while we waited.
