Starbucks — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I’ve had two bad experiences back to back With this location, so it’s time to finally review it. Both of my occurrences were in the drive-through, and both of them happen to be when I got to the window. First time, the lady was just plain out rude to me as if I had done something to her and yet I’ve never seen this girl before in my life so one star for her. This time around I just got an entire lesson on whether I should be ordering a ‘stirred’ vs ‘upside down’ … I go to the rainbow location they tell me if you ever want your drink made to where the entire thing is stirred, you need to request that it’s upside down… Mind you I used to ask for it stirred because it just made sense to request for it stirred, and i complied and did that at a few locations and it worked. I get to the Durango location today, and I request for it upside down and it’s not the way I was expecting, so I just said excuse me can you stir this please, and then she proceeds to give me an entire lesson on making sure I request that it’s stirred next time and not request that it’s upside down and then explaining all the shots and the milks and the espresso layers to me… Now that would be fine and all, you know, to make me feel like a complete idiot, IF all your locations were consistent… But if you are going to sit there and make your line get longer and longer and not give me my drink and let me leave until you explained yourself to me, that’s excessive, and actually kind of aggressive. Three stars bc the barista in the background made it right and did make the drink the way i asked. Maybe don’t belittle your customers for not knowing the exact terminology. I don’t think I’ll give this location...

I have been here for my morning coffee and breakfast about 3 to 5 days a week for past couple of years. The food and drinks qualities are about the same but unfortunately theservice is getting worse and worse. The staffs at drive through are normally friendly but when I order the pick up at the store is complete different story. There are quite a few times when I need a help at the pick up area at the store, there are no staff will pay attention to it or they are simply ignore you. About two weeks ago I placed a store pick up order and when I arrived 10 minutes later, I found my drink wasn't even on the right last name group and the turkey sage Danish wasn't even ready. I thought that was odd. So I tried to asked the staffs but no one brother to help me. After 5 minutes, I was finally able to talk to one of staff who turn out to be the store manager and he told me there was no more turkey sage Danish and I either get something else or he will refund the money to me. Okay, there are two problems, first is why the store app still let me place order if there is no inventory available?! Second, why there is no one at the store to inform the customers the orders they placed online are run out. I spoke to the store manager and obviously he wasn't care at all. After few unpleasant experiences at this store, I am now going to other places to get my coffee and...

I will NEVER go to this location again!! Employees literally have accused of me stealing coffee drinks from the store and I have been a loyal customer there for over 4 years!!! It is very hurtful and unforgiveable to hear employees gossip about their customers who know them all so well, especially when one of their managers is a poor example of a role model! I have been given discounts when I never asked for them, I have asked for free drinks when the app was not working and or accepting and having issues, but, I have always returned to pay back for the drink!! I have asked ALL EMPLOYEES to take the money cause I owe for a drink from the previous day and I am always either told "Sylvia, do not worry about it", or when I do give them the cash, I do not know what they do with it, but I have definitely never stole anything from STARBUCKS!! We will never go to this store again, and I will be reporting to BBB and I will never ever go to that store again!! I miss Katie, the old store manager, she never accused me of theft and she always trusted me and I never went back...
