I wanted to get on here and give my review about the incident I had at this KFC location I am a driver for Ubereats and I can’t believe the manners of the staff and the black heavy set lady Manager at this location. When you first walk in there is no one at the register they will make you wait over 5 to 10 minutes to even get acknowledged you .When I yelled out and said Hello!!! I asked the manager is anyone going to come and assist me with this pick up order and she said we are shorthanded will be with you. We don’t know what time will be with you, later and I told her this is not good customer service. The manager stepped away and went to the back and left me there and I asked again. I waited another five more minutes and I said this is very ridiculous. This should not be like this and at this point me and her had a big disagreement and she said I have nothing for you And I heard when she went to the back and said oh I’m just only a driver not even a customer. So wrong for her to speak like this about me not being the customer but my customer is paying for this order in this place so she should respect every customer even if I’m not the customer but I’m there to pick up for my customer. So she did not give me any food because of our disagreements and I want to believing I was very upset and hurt that she would be acting in this manner .I immediately reported this to Uber eats support and I have also reported this to KFC headquarters. This lady should be fired and the whole staff needs customer service training . I don’t recommend anyone buying from this location if you could drive a little more somewhere else I’m a different location it’s “Terrible. Another thing I have to say what gets me is that they cater more to the drive-through window what happens inside the restaurant they could care less what happens in the restaurant it could fall apart for all they care and take care of the people in the drive-through that’s all that matters. Well, it’s wrong. So once again, I would never step foot in this place anymore not even for me to buy food or even to pick up an order for a customer in my opinion I think they should close the place down. from looking at the other reviews on this Google, it shows what kind of place it is so if I were you beware of this KFC you will have a terrible experience and won’t be hungry anymore after dealing with that psycho manager and...
Read moreUpdate: I went in the following day and the woman there, possibly a manager, made up for the previous experience. She actually gave the impression that she knows her employees screw up orders and didn't even ask to see my receipt. She simply gave me my side promptly, plus biscuits for the inconvenience. The good news is I didn't have to share the Mac and cheese with anyone else since I got it on the way home from dropping the kids off at school and work, so it was a win after all. #BlessingInDisguise. #GodisGood ;)

Read moreWent through drive-thru around 7:30pm…no wait in line and restaurant appeared empty. Employee taking order was unfriendly and I had to repeat myself several times. Woman at window also not friendly and informed us we had to wait for fries so asked us to pull to front. After waiting almost ten minutes, I left my car and went inside, thinking somehow we were forgotten. No one was at the counter and when I finally got the attention of the woman who had been at the window, she seemed annoyed that I was not still waiting in my car! I still had to wait while the few employees were seemingly in no rush to get the food together. After finally getting our order, the chicken tenders were almost inedible they were so overdone and dry; the coleslaw was runny and the mashed potatoes and gravy were unappealing. We paid over $26 for two “meals”....
