Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Nevada

I placed my order, through the Popeye's app, at 758pm. I ordered the spicy flounder sandwich combo with mac & cheese, and unsweet tea and a free apple pie (thanks to the app). It was not in my hands until 822pm. The worker didn't even drop the fish until 810pm. He then informed me that they were out of mac & cheese. No big deal, I went with the mashed potatoes. He gave me my beverage. It was sweet tea. He realized his mistake and I just took the sweet tea. No big deal. Finally, I am out of there to head home, 24 minutes after placing the order. Finally un-bagging my food, I see multiple things were wrong. I asked for the spicy version of the flounder and it was just regular mayo. Again, no biggie. But I had to add more (as you can tell from the pics). They didn't screw up the mashed potatoes. My apple pie was actually the strawberry & cream variety. Again, not a big deal. It was free. Once I got around to eating, the food was actually good. So that's where the extra star came in. But, yeah, this store needs to figure out the service issues and the attention to detail to making sure the right food is in the order. They only had 3 workers behind the counter. So most Popeyes are slow which can really tests patience of customers, but like y’all decided to come to Popeyes, so waiting 15+ minutes SOMETIMES is expected. Anyways, today I stopped by, and was in the drive through, I spoke with someone in the intercom and she was sweet and professional. Finally we came to the window to pay, and yes we had to wait a bit but that’s fine. Finally we got our order and I asked for her name. She said it was SHIMAYA. First off, I’m sorry if I messed up your name, but she did great! And I complimented her, but I think she thought I was being sarcastic, but no, she really did a great job. She apologized and said she was the only one there. Girl dont apologize. If she was stressed, she handled the situation fantastically!!! To the managers or owners, do not for one moment overlook these gems. Treat them well. Don’t give them a silly pizza party, or a gift card, do something special. Shimaya if your manager decides to show you this review, you’re doing great. Keep the professionalism that you presented today, and you will go farther than...

This location needs to be shut down! How can something like this go on so long without being looked into? We've been to this location many times before to pick up food for order delivery services and it has always been an issue. We've cancelled orders sitting in their drive through bc of wait times and them being out of chicken way back in the day. We thought for sure they'd be better by now, so we placed an order for ourselves on the app for pickup at 1016p. Got there at 1044 they hadn't started working on my order of sides yet. Literally biscuits, fries and fried pickles. Got my WRONG order at 1058. There were no biscuits. How do you f up an order of side items? Again we thought maybe because it's late, we'll come back tomorrow and get better service inside. Pulled up today at 824p and the doors were locked. We didn't want to do drive through but we had no other option. There was 1 person in front of us. We were told to give them a minute and that was it. We waited and waited and nothing.
