Awful service, the short black girl with glasses was the rudest person I have ever met. No smile, no hello or thank you. Doesn’t look like she wants to be working there or even slightly interested in serving customers or customer service full stop.

Felt totally discriminated against when I showed her my employee ID card that I am entitled to a discount via the hotel. She couldn’t have cared less and was rude beyond belief to me.

Disgusting service from her, she should not be working there.

I will be reporting her to the manager of the coffee shop and hotel.

Coffee also tasted disgusting, food options are limited. I asked her what fillings are available for some items, she didn’t even respond, just grunted and shrugged her shoulders.

09/07/21: I’m back in Las Vegas working and Diante was working at Starbucks this morning. This young man is extremely kind and has top notch customer service skills. It was a smart move to promote him. 10 stars!!!
