Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

As a 16-year employee for a Taco Bell I walked into this location to enjoy a Mexican pizza combo on my vacation. I had another person with me who ordered the same exact thing. Except the combo I ordered I modified I changed the crunchy tacos too dorito tacos light lettuce extra cheese no tomato add onion. I ordered on the kiosk so my name was on the receipt. When I received our food my tacos were completely wrong. I took the tacos back to the counter and I was approached buy one of the cashiers and she asked in the back who was making the food. Because my tacos were completely wrong. The manager on duty I guess thought I was lying or trying to get free or extra stuff so she asked my name and reprinted my receipt. She saw that indeed the tacos were made incorrectly. She took the tacos threw them in the trash and went back to the back with a nasty attitude and remade my tacos. While I am waiting for her to remake them there is a lobby full of people a cashier comes to the front and says why is there 20 people in the lobby what are you guys want what are you guys need with an attitude like she doesn't want to be here or something. The entire crew in the kitchen including the manager is back there arguing amongst one another and I can hear them clear in the lobby. There was not a clean table inside to sit at we had to clear off our own seat end table. The restrooms are filthy. And it was just all around horrible service. It's way too many employees back there to not have gotten orders correctly. For move the people in the lobby in a timely manner. I will never be coming back to...

Seriously, we all know there are good Taco Bell’s and bad Taco Bell’s, right? Well this one was baaaad. Ordered 32 dollars worth of Taco Bell; cheesy Gordita Crunchwrap, chalupas, bean and cheese burritos and a crunchy taco. Wanted beans added to my chalupas. Repeated that three times. Got the order and did a quick feel and count, number was right! To my dismay, got right home and found that all of the food was Luke warm at best (I live 0.5 mile from this TB), there was no beef on my chalupas, (tiny flat chalupa) instead a very small portion of black beans, limp lettuce, and for some reason an abundance of sour cream. Fail! So I moved in to the classic bean and cheese burrito, such a staple because it’s hard to screw up, right? Well, the burrito was only about 3/4 inch by 1 1/2 inch by 4 inches. A very skinny burrito indeed! The refried beans were just above room temp, so much so that the inside of my mouth felt like I had been eating cold Crisco.! I was very disappointed in my dinner choice (as would my mother be). Keep in mind, this is a 32 dollar Taco Bell run for two people. Not cheap anymore friends! I sat there thinking of all the alternates i COULD have chosen. Sad. So I called the Taco Bell and the lead admonished the prep, saying “I told you it was beef AND beans!”. She offered to remake our order, but I was far too depressed to leave the house again and made popcorn instead. Tomorrow we will see if they will be able to remake the order and have this Taco Bell enter the “good...

The manager was rude when I came in they were forcing a homeless person to use the kiosk, when he said he didn't have a card they told him to go thru drive thru he said he doesn't have a car so the manager told someone to ring him up when I walked up for my order she said "what do you want?" I said pickup she goes "for what?" Gave her my name she got upset cuz she didn't understand me than yelled at me for not giving her my legal name. She was yelling at everyone when the person in front of me order came up she basically threw it at him. Last thing I seen before I left is there were three packs of sauce on the ground she made one of the workers pick it up and put it in with the rest

update In the past few months they have consistently messed up my order the store manager refuses to correct my orders I have made several reports for missing items when ordering mobile. I have had no follow ups no refund nor attempt to replace or correct their mistakes I will be bringing this to corporate and after reading several bad reviews I have come to realize this location is a lost cause. They will never get my business again. I'm finished! Taco Bell if you see these reviews take them serious this location...
