I witnessed Daniella, the owner, verbally abuse a staff member. The young lady could not have been older than 16-17 years old. My order was incorrectly prepared, the drink was not what I asked for. I witnessed Daniella make the drink herself. When I got the drink and noticed that it was made incorrectly, I went up to the young lady and asked for it to be remade. Daniella heard this immediately came over. Daniella asked me what was wrong with the drink. The young lady started to explain and Daniella cut her off and said to her, "Stop talking, I'm talking to the customer now". It was appalling. I explained that the drink was made incorrectly and that she should not speak to her staff like that. Daniella snapped back at me by saying, "It's none of your business how I talk to my staff, she has been making drinks wrong all day." I was completely appalled. I told her that I witnessed her make the drink and that she is the one who made it wrong! I also requested her name and her manager's phone number to file a complaint when she said, "I am the owner and my name is Daniella". To top off the horrendous customer service, Daniella refused to remake my drink.
Not only did I not get what I paid for, but I witnessed the owner verbally abuse her staff as well as myself.
I told some coworkers about my experience since we all work at a nearby office building. Not surprisingly, other coworkers have had bad experiences there as well... specifically with Daniella! Our office of about 30 employees is now collectively refusing to order there. In fact, my office manager explicitly advised us to never bring donuts in from that Dunkin' location again (since morning donuts and coffee are usually paid for with a company...
Read moreI never really go to this location. I tend to stick with the location on Hwy 100. I figured since I was in the area I decided to grab a tea and some doughnuts. The trouble started when I pulled up in the drive through. She had me repeat the order 4 times and then she just asks me to pull up to the window. I guess she forgot to mute her headset because you can hear her saying I don't know and she sounded nervous. I get to the window and clearly repeat my order to make sure it was correct and that appears to resolved things (I assume it was a language barrier) She takes my card, inserts it into the machine and then hands me my food and drink and then just says have a nice day. She didn't give me my debit card or receipt so once I get my stuff put down I turn back to the window and I don't see anyone. About 2 minutes later the guy she is working with comes back into view and I have to beckon him over to the window. He calls the girl back over and they both open the window to speak to me but as soon as I said I didn't get my card or receipt the guy says your card was declined. I'm like excuse me? No its not. I opened my app to show him the money was deducted. Then he goes oh my mistake you can take the food for free. I said you already ran my card and took my money. Give me my card back and I would like a receipt please. Then he hands back to card and receipt and then just closes the window. The whole interaction was just bizarre. And to top it all off I take my first sip as I was turning into the street and the tea was nasty. Had like a bitter chemically taste to it. I wont come back to...
Read moreUPDATE - Another visit to this store and worst experience again. This time there was a guy who was the rudest of all. He stared at me without any welcome and Hi. He did this because I am an Indian and he was also. He made me to couple of minutes and then asked what do you need? I was stunned with his attitude. Moreover he was taking to his friend in local language than concentrating the customer order. I requested for one dozen donuts 🍩 like vanilla and maple. He started to put everything whatever he had on the shelf. When I asked him why were you putting other stuff, he replied with the attitude saying you only accepted. It was your mistake. This is ridiculous. I have attached the receipts from two stores which are at a very nominal distance with the price difference.
I visited this store to buy the donuts around 10 am. There were hardly any. When checked with the staff, they were already sold out. I was shocked to here that. When enquired further, the lady told me that they waste lots of donuts due to less order so we make limited donuts. This was strange. When checked the price of this store against the store in West Allis, there is a difference of 2$ per dozen 🍩. I don’t recommend to...
