Sat, Nov 24 tried calling to order pizza for a half hour, no answer. This isn’t the first time this has happened. My friend drove over. While he was waiting to be waited on (2 employees making pizzas), he called. They didn’t answer the phone. My friend said ‘answer your phone, it’s ringing’. Kid said I don’t have time. My friend said it’s me calling. You could at least answer and take the order and make it later. Kid phoned manager. My friend explained our experience, mentioning what poor customer service it was to not answer the phone and say it won’t be ready for 45 minutes. Ordered food online. 3 pizzas for company coming to watch the National Championship. Cooked per instructions. Literally the grossest crust I’ve ever had. Looks and finishes like a noodle?! We ordered 6 pizzas, for $100, on Thursday afternoon. We paid for them at that time. We asked to pick them up Saturday morning at 11:15am. The kid who took our order said he would have them made Friday evening so we could pick them up Saturday morning. When we arrived Sat morning they had no idea about the order. They were not made.
