Manager is quite possibly the most dense and counter productive over-complicator I've had the misfortune to have to interact with. I love Arby's. Do not misconstrued my review as a dig at Arby's, this is entirely a criticism of the staff and this location specifically. We ordered the new peach and strawberry lemonade, obviously new girl rings us up. As SOON as we paid and she calls back the order a manager or shift supervisor or otherwise bumbling staunch by-the-booker comes tearing through the kitchen saying she needs to cancel, refund, and recharge our order because she only charged us large drinks and not the speciality drinks. I've been a manager of a competitor store, and we would have just ate the 119 cents just not have to deal with the hassle of it, and use it as a teaching moment for the new hire. 'Hey, that's a specialty item, not a large drink, keep that in mind,' and moved on. This manager, as stated, tore through, berated her, and took hold of the cashier station to refund and redo the order. Unprofessional. Irresponsible. And overall disgusting behavior. On morality and ethics alone, spare yourself.

The 2nd time I went back through the line just for the drive thru people to argue with me instead of just replacing the syrup for the coke or giving me a Dr. Pepper like I had asked for, 4 different times. I finally had enough at my last visit when they closed the lobby early, but kept the drive thru open to "stick to company hours," just to tell customers, "They were out of product..." WHAT?! I was the only vehicle the drive through, and after I paid, they asked me to circle to the front which I disagreed with, because two prior two visits to this location The staff took excessive time to walk my food out, and in some instances, even got it wrong. So being the only car right in the drive through, I was wondering why I was being directed to pull forward, and the shift manager said something to the extent of we are being monitored.
