Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

On 12/22/24 Sunday morning on my way to work for some OT I went to go get a med hot coffee light and sweet and 2 blue berry donuts and as I walked in I said morning to a very rude and nasty mgn I can't even believe she is a mgn..but she said she is, Hispanic female with a very nasty attitude,saying she didn't have to say nothing to me when I asked if the black male is he the only one working here cause she didn't say nothing to me ,then when I ask him then she started to say something I'm working here to...now she wants to say something when I wasn't asking her nothing,then she said she didn't have to say anything to me when she doing something or she don't have to serve me after being rude and nasty to a customer is she should be FIRED ASAP before she get...

This dunkin used to be great. Fast sevice and decent staff. But, lately this dunkin has been the slowest and worse dunkin to go to. There's always a line and even when they have 4 people behind the counter only one of them is ever taking orders while the other ones either stand around talking to one another or are doing things other than assisting customers. I've worked retail for 20 years and I can tell you right now that in such a setting the customers needs come above all else. In other words if you have a line and you have 4 people behind the counter. Then they should all be working on fulfilling orders and nothing else. Oh and they don't have a drive thru so that isn't an excuse for why some of them aren't helping at...

disorganized and slow. ordered a sausage egg and cheese, the lady prepping them put cream cheese on it then realized her mistake, she looked over her shoulder at me then scrapped most of the cream cheese off back into the container and served it to me. also waited 15 minutes for my "midnight brew" hot coffee wich they forgot about until i reminded them. it was def not the coffee i ordered. if it was they heavily watered it down. idk know what was in that cup but it wasnt dark roast. there were 3 peopoe ahead of me yet all this still took a total of 20 minutes. how they are still operating i have no idea. not going here ever again. couldnt get one thing right.
