Spatola's Pizza — Restaurant in New Hope

Been here a number of times and the food was always good. SOmetimes it is hard to order because the waitress does not have goo English so we have to point out on the menu what we want and a few times it was wrong. I always overlook that though because I understand there is a language problem. On this particular night we order a whole Sicilian pie only to be told there is none. How does a pizza place not have Sicilian pie? Anyhow we order 4 Sicilian slices instead as I saw there sitting out. When we received them they were not hot. I took them to the counter and told them they were not hot and you can see the guy behind the counter did not like this. They reheated them and returned them to us black and burnt. It was hard as a rock and tasted stale. This is why I wanted a whole fresh pie and from what I see they did not feel like making a whole pie because they wanted to get rid of what was on display. Needless to say this was a bad experience and we will never go back there again. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone as I have done in the past....

First place we stopped after checking into Odette's for my birthday. Grabbed a few slices of some of the best pizza I've ever had. Didn't research the place just stopped in and got lucky. Then about 5 miles into our bike ride my wife realized that she had lots her Coach backpack along with passports and wallet inside. She freaked out and started tearing down the trail to find it. I called the restaurant and they said a customer found it on the outside table and turned it in. Took me about two miles to catch up and tell her ( She never misses a spin class NEVER) I'm a former professional athlete and it was a challenge. I just want to thank the restaurant and good Samaritan and the residents of New Hope. We live in Washington Delaware and the odds of someone turning your purse are slim and the odds of a restaurant employee who received your purse...

My girlfriend bought a pizza with vegetables, mushrooms, meat and chicken. When they delivered it to us, the vegetables were still missing to make the stored chicken. You could clearly see that the person who attended my girlfriend was not fresh. 30 pm if you want to leave soon, warn or put a sign but do not be unpleasant with the customers, long ago they let you make good food and worse disrespecting the Italian gastronomy, on another occasion I ordered a gyro and when they came to give it to me I paid $ 10 for a small piece of meat, obviously I discussed with the delivery man and he said that he knew what was clear that this is not why I am saying these inconveniences, be careful to order from 9 pm they want to go home early without serving their customers well they don't make...
