One of the employees had the gall to tell me I was 5 minutes late picking up a DoorDash order.
I mean what possesses a person to be so obtuse that they can’t open their eyes when they walk outside their empty pizza joint and see the many obstacles to me getting their oh-so-low cash reward?
What I tried to explain to the entrepreneur/expo-guy is that I drove from 15 minutes away, the app gave me wrong directions that caused me to cruise around a busy block, and then I had wait for someone to leave their spot.
But wannabe Emeril thought I was Helen Keller and just repeated “you’re five minutes late!” I told him his business sucks, which doesnt take much forensic evidence to shape that opinion with, and asked him to ban me through his tablet if he cant conjure the brain cells needed to be a little compassionate toward the people helping him barely pay his rent.
Yes reader, out of the dozens of orders I’ve done for this place until today, I’ve yet to see anyone sitting and enjoying a meal. Most times it’s a semi circle of people like me, working the apps, trying not to drown in the economy that’s clearly thrashing this sad excuse for a pizza place.
So if you’re desperate for pizza and can’t get to zees’s, theos, pizza bella, or even domino’s….then walk to rouses, get digiornos, maybe put on goodfellas, and give yourself a pat on the back for having a better experience than you would’ve had here.
I can’t wait for the reputation management...
Read moreOrdered the vegan lover's pizza and it came out suspiciously looking like dairy mozzarella. I walked up to the front counter to politely confirm that they did in fact use the vegan cheese. The person that took our order walked over and confirmed, "Yes that's the vegan one. That's Daiya."
Knowing what Daiya looks and tastes like as I've had it dozens of times, I still wasn't convinced. I was so hungry I ate a slice out of optimism, trusting the employee's word. Once I got to my second slice and felt a disturbance in my stomach I knew something was off. My partner then took the pizza to the front counter and asked if the cook(s) could confirm that it was the vegan cheese. Without even looking, again, we were told that it is the vegan cheese.
Then a moment later one guy from the kitchen walks up and says, no that isn't the vegan cheese and proceeds to hand a remade pizza to us.
Other than that man, nobody else had any sense of ownership mentality or empathy for their mistake. We weren't offered a refund, either.
I haven't consumed dairy in almost 6 years. My stomach is hating me right now. Thanks for doubling down on lying to us and not offering our money back.
P.S. once we finally got the correct pizza it was only OK, but the quality of the pizza is not the point of...
Read moreI was very dumbfounded when a good friend of mine that does uber eats went to this location that has no parking and the gps direction is totally wrong and not accurate and this location is near the overpass and not in a good location ! He went into this establishment to pick up an Uber eats order and was told by a staff member including the manager on duty , they first ask him to see his phone than they told him that he needs to start his order inside there establishment and they have to see it being done! That was a very unusually request to be asking because the uber eats driver is to start the order when he or she is in there vehicle, going to there final destination! The uber eats driver explained to then why would he start the trip inside there establishment when hes not in his vehicle yet? This is very shady business pratice because if the uber eats driver gave you the name of the customer that did an uber eats order and they got paid already, there shouldnt be any issue on when the driver starts his trip to begin with! I never eating at this location and I understand why there business is losing customers and the owner needs to look into this issue. I will not patronize this establishment intill they start treating there...
