I have been at the bar before and I remember the bartender was super nice so I decided to come back last Friday. Arviani was excellent at welcoming us to the restaurant, his level of hospitality was very impressive. We were party of 3 people, our server (an old man) came to the table to get our order, we ordered some drinks and for food my husband told him that we would keep a menu to see if we would order something. Later on, he came back to drop our drinks and never came back to our table to see if we would order anything or just to check on us..his service was terrible and unacceptable for the amount of money that people would pay in this bar. If only they put this much effort into improving the quality of their service... As to the owners comments: the bartender at the location I went to greeted me with "Welcome to the Roosevelt Hotel Bar." So if this truly is the wrong location then you guys should take that up with them not...
