This cute little hole in the wall place is so good we went back 2 nights in a row! Came down for Thanksgiving (to get away from family, we don't celebrate) and had some great fresh sushi. Very thankful to have found this place as I'm a gluten intolerant Vegetarian and they had several sushi rolls available for me! Wish i had this place by me 😍😍😍😍😍😍 the artwork all outside this building is gorgeous too so plenty to look at

Just had dinner on their first night open. Delicious, creative sushi rolls (we tried the Tokyo roll), fresh sashimi. We even got to try the beef curry, added a nice warm savory note to our dinner. They are designed for takeout, but have seating inside. Would be great for a weekday work lunch or grabbing dinner on the way home, if you work/live nearby. A welcome addition to the neighborhood, I will be stopping in again.

Yes, it’s more a grab-and-go place but they do have couple tables for dine in. The sushi is simply phenomenal - every piece was a testament to freshness, with perfectly seasoned rice and impeccably cut fish that melted in your mouth. One of the best sushi experiences I've had. Strongly recommended!

I dont usually leave reviews but felt like i had to for this place. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly when I first entered.

The staff made the sushi on the spot. The ingredients were incredibly fresh. The sushi was perfectly placed and well constructed.

The restaurant is small and cozy, and gives off the old school diner vibe but much cleaner and with sushi. To be clear, the restaurant is very very clean. I think the business model is takeout centered but it's still a great environment to eat in person.

The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, but it's BYOB and about a block away from Rouses.

The restaurant is also quiet which makes ot stand out from a lot of other sushi...

I came here because a friend in the hospital wanted some sushi. I received excellent service. I asked for help to choose a broad selection of sushi. Every roll was immaculately made and delicious. The House Steak roll......delicious. The Hawaii roll.....delicious. The Takumi roll that was suggested was delicious. Winter roll is delicious, as was the Hurricane roll. There are a few more rolls I want to try. I would definitely go back. There are a few spicy rolls I want to sample and I will get the House Steak roll again. Will try the Po-boy...

LOVED this place. Popped in with my friends visiting from NYC and was so blown away we came right back the next day and ordered even more food.

Service was quick and efficient, and the chef even offered his recommendations based on what we were ordering. The atmosphere is lovely, with cute decor, including eclectic and colorful parasols hanging from the ceiling. Super clean, too. The fish was fresh, juicy and expertly prepared.

I would have to pay way more for this kind of quality back home! I cannot emphasize enough what a great...
