My friend and I recieved terrible, rude treatment from a staff member of swirl. We had plans to order food from the restuarant next door and enjoy it at swirl (an option offered by swirl). Mind you, the place was completely empty.
When I informed the woman there would be a third person would be joining us, she told us that each of would have to buy a glass of wine, because I knew one of us was would not be having wine, which we had no problem with. Because I knew one of us wasn't drinking, i asked if it would be okay if we purchased three glasses even though only two of us would be drinking wine she appeared visibly annoyed by my query and sharply said "listen y'all are really pushing it here" when asked her if we could do that.
This made both of us upset. When I expressed to her that I felt offended by her response, her reply??
"That's fine" and she went right back to stocking wine in the completely empty shop.
My friend and i this point felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the space, so we quietly and calmly left.

She did help me find wines that I gave away to gifts, and I tipped anyway. (Pictured is four of the five bottles of wine I purchased and the bottle of bourbon I decided...
