McDonald's — Restaurant in New Stanton

Just stopped at the MC Donald's in New Stanton..and the manager Susan K. Was rude and argued with me! I was the only one in there ordering food and the drive thru had customers...I ordered a side salad,burger,fries..stood there for close to 7minutes still no food so ok so a worker ordered food she had gotten her food the drive thru had been getting their orders so as I'm still waiting I see the person get a white bucket with the few last pieces of lettuce and scraping the bucket all around for the last scraps as I watched this a customer came in and was ordering I said to another worker I don't want that salad the manager was done taking the customers order (manager was the one who took my order also) I said to her I wanted a refund for my salad then I said you know what just refund my whole order since it's been well over 10minutes and my food still wasn't up??? So as she refunded my money I said I should get the burger and fries for free and she said rudely NO just like that!! I refunded your money your not getting the food!!!and I said the food still wasn't up and I waited for this long with everyone after me (the worker and drive thru) had gotten their food!! i’d give a 0 if i could. they should not let little girls run this place, i just waited in line for 20 minutes just to order a small fry & cheeseburger, and no one was ahead of me. it was 10pm an hour before closing & i tried to wave down one of the employees to ask for a favor & the red headed girl rolled her eyes and ignored me, then i watched the dark haired girl take another order, turn her back on me to talk shit on the customer to the red headed person, then walked away from me still without acknowledging me. best part is, the black haired chick didn’t even take my money & my food was already ready & i was watching my food sit there for 10 whole minutes. i just left & decided to put this review in right away because i was not gonna sit there any longer waiting to pay as my food was sitting there getting cold. only time one of them bothered acknowledging me was when the red haired girl asked if i paid yet & when i said no, she slammed the window & no one bothered helping me since. these girls looked young & didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. i don’t usually complain about fast foods but mcdonald’s should seriously reconsider hiring people under 16 because they looked young & had no...

I’ve lived in Bellevue since 2009. I’ve seen that McDonald’s change; good & bad. After the last remodel everyone was excited bc there was a place for our kids but moreso hoping the service & food would be better. It was, for maybe a few months. Then it went absolutely down hill. Before COVID, I think it was a 1 star google reviewed business. Since COVID, it’s been slightly better due to regulations and I imagine the state and health services being so stringent. However, the past 2 times I got breakfast here I had to pull up and wait on food. That they supposedly were making fresh. Though once brought out to me, it wasn’t very hot. And this is roughly 8-9am. During prime breakfast hours. The coffee - Mocha Cafe Hot Coffee- has tasted like total butt. And the sandwiches have been making me sick.
