I have been going to this pharmacy for years, so I went to do return yesterday. Then I met this new girl at the register named Angelissa, which was rude and very disrespectful towards me for trying to return the expired baby food that they sell in the store, she told me that I was nasty after I was telling her that the foods are expired and they should be more careful because I could complain about them selling « expiring baby food « . She started to shout out and I the end won’t solve my problem because she was using her mouth instead of her head while I was telling her to use my phone number to track the transactions since she is asking for a physical receipt but I have the receipt kept on my photo or she could scan the bar code and it will still work. She called her supervisor and kept talking telling me that I could seat there for hours and she doesn’t care. I told her you should because if I called and complain, then it is bad for your store. So I went to the employees premise and requested to talk to the supervisor which took almost 20 min to come out after I already waited for 30 min so they kept ignoring me and now I started to recorded them. I had a procedure done and I out of the face cream that I need . I saw the pack on sell of 07 ( 40 % off ) so I decided to by 3 packs and a few other items . But , the manager that was taking care of me at the register, was very unprofessional and was treating me with a very angry and nasty attitude. I was in shock the whole time .
