I would never go online and can a place but my experience here was so off-putting, I felt I must comment. Ate there Saturday mid-afternoon. Place empty aside from 2 other tables as were there off hours. Pizza was great and a starter avocado fennel on toast was fantastic. (That's the saving grace giving it one star)
However, the burger was vile and service related to it was worse. It took them 3 tries to get it cooked to order. Ordered medium well and it came out medium rare at most.Kids tasted it and did not like it but I told them perhaps it'd be better once cooked as requested.
When it was finally done properly, kids took bite and could not take a second. Meat very coarsely ground and unappetizing. And we had completed the rest of the meal save for the burger which, considering we were in an almost empty restaurant, took a long time to get cooked properly.
I told the waiter I wanted it taken off the bill as we were done eating by the time they cooked it to the desired doneness. And that my kids (who have eaten burgers for years and have never run into one they did not like) could not eat it. And I asked for ketchup hoping they'd slather it on and just eat it anyway . They had no ketchup. How can you have a burger and fries on a menu and not offer ketchup as a condiment?
He argued with me that it had originally come to the table medium well which was not true. The bill came and burger was still on it. I asked for it to be removed.
He spoke with the manager.Bill comes back with 10% off for the burger. Unbelievable! They would not remove it from the bill.I told them fine then I want my burger back if I am going to pay for 90%of it. He said I tod him I did not want it do they no longer had it.
I would have given it to someone on the street or fed it to my omnivorous pet had I known I was still going to be paying for at least 90% of the entree.
What really got me fuming was that when my change came back, they short-changed me by a dollar. Accident or not, it was an affront after a terrible burger and worse customer service.
So they can't cook a burger right? Ok but don't charge me for something that was completely unacceptable. Giving me wrong change was icing...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Bellini and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The décor was elegant yet understated, and the ambiance was perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two.
The food at Bellini was simply outstanding. Each dish was expertly prepared using only the freshest ingredients, and the flavors were truly remarkable. I was particularly impressed by the pork chops we ordered, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The wine list was extensive and well-curated, offering a great selection of wines that perfectly complemented the food.
But what really set Bellini apart was the level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to make sure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. From recommending dishes to ensuring that our glasses were always full, they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
Overall, I cannot recommend Bellini highly enough. It is an absolute gem of a restaurant, and I will definitely be returning in the near future. If you're looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, then Bellini is definitely the...
Read moreDont go! I had really high hopes for this place. The reviews were good. When we arrived, our table was not't set up after the previous guests. The waitress sat us down anyway. We didn't think much of it and figured they would bring napkins and utensils soon. I proceeded to order a glass of prosecco, which arrived spilling from the glass and wetting the table cloth. Again, we are not a couple that complaints, and we continued our conversation. When the food finally arrived, we had to ask for utensils, napkins and black pepper. Our table was still bare about 20 minutes after we sat. I began eating and as my boyfriend took his first bite, he found a hair in his plate. We immediately requested the waitress and my boyfriend showed her the hair trapped within the sauced pasta. We were very disappointed at the lack of respect abd consideration. We were not offered an apology, noone came from management to speak to us. The waitress offered something else from the menu. I couldn't continue eating either. The one dish was removed from the bill, however, the poor service, lack of consideration, unprepared table, and my barely touched plate warranted for a no bill resolution. As the educated people at we are, we didn't fuss. We paid what was presented and left. Will not ever be...
