Blue Mezcal Cocktail Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in New York

I've been going there for over 10 years. It use to be a great friendly place. Now it is smug and obnoxious. Just to get in they check you like you entering a war zone. The drinks are full of ice and seltzer, I did not taste any vodka. the new staff is rude and smug. 3 waiters stood their staring at us till we ordered a drink. I complained to the person who looked like the manager and he was just as obnoxious as the staff. They treated me, a loyal customer for over 10 years, like I was unworthy of their service. They are trying to pose as a high end establishment with bottle service, with a staff that does not have basic people skills. I use to have great times there. I WILL NEVER GO...

I have gone here a few times with my friend and her group of friends this is my 3rd time going out here with them ! It’s always a good vibe hereee we really like it here ! Worst experience ever!!! Once I saw a family get kicked out because of coat check in; it was our cue to leave!!! To find out My expensive mackage coat was stolen!!! We were not the only ones with coats missing. When asking for my coat they all acted like they didn’t speak any English & were extremely rude!! !
