Jalapeno King — Restaurant in New York

I discovered this place on one of my food journeys down 5th ave. I came in here late at night after a long bar/food crawl with some friends. The place was closing and we saw somethings we wanted. The owner and his family were amazing they fired back up the grill for us and man was the food good. They use queso here.... the food is really fresh you can see them making it in the back. Anyone who says this is good food must eat out of the trash regularly. I got a carnitas burrito. It came cut in half inside the foil. The tortilla fell to shreds immediately and the grade Z ground pork fell all over the place. It was dry as sand paper and had no flavor. I ordered at 4 pm. Popped in here after walking away from an overpriced food truck experience down the road. $7 for a taco is ridonk! So happy we found Jalapeño King. Authentic food, family run business.
