I’ve been going here for years. I go specifically for the acrylic. I hate when my acrylic falls off and I notice that when I come here they rarely fall off or lift and they usually do the shape and length I want. basically stuff that alot of salon mess up on. they also usually match the design photo well. I dont know what changed or if they are putting me with inexperienced people because i dont always pay their top bucks, but its harder to get the nail shape I want or the design I want. I came in a little while ago and asked for a simple design and they couldnt execute it. this happened twice atleast. I asked for two other simple designs after that since the tech was struggling and those designs were apparently more expensive which is crazy since these are my backup designs and they are more expensive than the ones i want, and simpler to boot? im talking chrome or one or two diamonds over a base. or french. the prices are expensive. they charge extra for every single thing. french? they do it over the clear acrylic and if you want a base its extra $20…crazy. simple chrome which obviously has to be gel is $20 chrome plus $20 gel. i get my nails done every two weeks and im not paying $80-100 for simple nails. so i ask for regular nail polish and they always aggressively try to upsell me for gel etc which is $20 more, $55 minimum. i hate gel, not everyone wants it. but i see that if you dont pay a certain price they dont want to deal with you. so one time i asked for a design for each nail for vacation. $130-150. they did it. it looked nice. but then the tech complained and said next time maybe do simpler….wow. so you obviously just want to get paid to do basic nail for an upcharge. thats exactly right. as i said i get my nails done every 2 weeks. i spend my money and i tip well. if i want a design ill pay for it but im not trying to have a galaxy on my nails every day. i feel like this salon is good for people who wants extravagant nails and willing to pay the $150 plus. they seem to deter people who go for more basic nails like gel over regular nails, manicure etc. and its crazy because…this is a nail salon lol. basic nails care, cuticle, manicure, applying a nail polish without bubbles, is not a thing here. and the pedicures and...

Very bad service first I got there and they gave me nana she does not do nails good at all she didn’t even do my cuticles good gave me a different shape and also told me a different color she picked out the pink powder after showing her the color I wanted and said it was similar I don’t do nails so clearly I listened to her thinking she was a professional I paid when I got in cab I was so tired but I really analyzed my nails in cab and I was like wait the nails are off the cuticles were peeling once dried and a shaping before I left I told her I wanted to change color and she suggested or just put sparkeles on it I should have spoken up there but I just didn’t realized how bad it was it was was terrible I called the owner he then stated come in I said I was just there ten minutes ago my nails look terrible my cuticles look Teribble and peeling once oil dried boom I come back 15 minutes later he tells me oh I see what you’re saying the cuticles are bad but cuticles are not apart of getting you’re nails done I said what are you talking about he couldn’t even look me in the eyes and then boom he said it does look bad also he said I picked the pink powder like what sir you wasn’t there he then said soak off nails and get new set for another 30 dollars why do I have to pay a extra 30 when you guys messed up my nails and sent me to someone who get do nails boom he’s telling me 25 then says 30 bad service never coming back be careful they like to give new people the people who don’t get clients I’m telling you this salons was one of the worst experiences the new lady who did them again was literally terrible and the reviews said go to Kiki. Still was disappointed also not sure they know shapes they say yeah then at the curing part act like they don’t know the shape kept pushing for square and coffin like never...

I get my nails and lashes done here. But I probably won't be getting my lashes done anymore. As a heads up to the people who want my experience from getting lash extensions, after she's done applying them, they key to having them last long is letting them dry! Dry the lashes with the fan for about 10 mins or so and DON'T let them rush you out without drying. The first time I was rushed out without drying and like the next few hours lashes fell out. And then the next 3 days even more lashes fell. When the lashes have time to dry, they can almost last a month. Honestly I feel like "ling" Does the best lash extensions. I only allowed her to do mine. I also feel that "Vivian" and “Carter”Does the best manicures for me. “Jenny” and “Susan” provide the best service for pedicures. Their work is nice and neat. Im always getting compliments. If you need to soak your nails beware that it's been used previously by the last customer. I feel that's so unsafe and unsanitary because they don't even ask you to wash your hands before they start servicing you. They don't sanitize the stations after every customer either. I think someone of the employees caught COVID because this place was closed for a good two weeks. They posted about it on Instagram. So when you arrive don't be afraid to tell them to sanitize your station first and to wash or sanitize their hands. This place needs to work on being more clean but they are more interested in being lazy and doing things fast instead of taking their time and focusing on the needs of...
