I recently placed an order from Butler, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of both the food and the coffee. Every item I tried was outstanding, showcasing a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The coffee latte was exceptional—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The flavor profile was well-rounded, and each sip was as satisfying as the last. It’s clear that great care goes into crafting their coffee. The breakfast empanada with bacon, egg, and cheese was a standout. The empanada was perfectly crisp on the outside, with a savory and flavorful filling that hit all the right notes. It was a delightful and satisfying breakfast option. Equally impressive was the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant itself was beautifully flaky and buttery, with a golden-brown crust that was both visually appealing and delicious. The ham and cheese filling was generous and well-balanced, making it a truly enjoyable treat. The overnight oats were another highlight. They had a pleasing texture and just the right amount of sweetness, offering a wholesome and refreshing option that complemented the other items perfectly. Overall, my experience with Butler was exceptional. The quality of the food and coffee was top-notch, and I would highly recommend Butler to anyone looking for a well-crafted and delicious meal. I’m looking forward to my next order!

Order a matcha drink and wanted it cold but the drink was hot instead. I told the barista I wanted it cold, instead of offering me for a cold drink, he gave me an attitude. Saying that I didn’t order a cold one and refuse to make my drink cold. In my defense, the barista never gave me an option whether I want the drink hot or cold. The menu also did not state that matcha latte is iced or hot. I’m disappointed because I asked him nicely and I expected a decent customer service.

This is our go-to coffee spot in the neighborhood! The two guys who work there (on alternate days) always know my order before I even have to say it. It truly feels like that everyone-knows-your-name neighborhood spot where locals are appreciated and outsiders are welcome. Also this spot is great for residents with dogs who want to grab a coffee and don't have to worry about those "No Dogs Allowed" signs, because it's walk-up window service (with an alternate entrance inside the adjoining barber shop--good for rainy days!). Did I mention the doggo treats?? My dog will literally sell her soul for their peanut butter biscuit dog treats, and the gentlemen who work there are always happy to oblige. I normally just get coffee, but on the occasion or two when I've gotten food, it's been delish. On any given weekend morning, you'll find a line of eager regulars ready to get their caffeine fix (and their dogs who want their biscuits). We used to be Toby's (now Partners) regulars, but the staff there seem to care less and less as the years go on. But Butler remains consistently attentive and welcoming. Thank you...

I’d seen Butler listed on best coffee shops online somewhere. And naturally when I walked up to open the door and stepped inside. I was immediately told “the sign says to order outside.” Very direct and rude from their barista. I saw how cool it looked inside with the barbershop. And wanted to look around but was turned off by the poor customer service. Cold brew was fine nothing special. If you wanna grab a quick drink or have a dog sure its a good fast option. My last thought is how do you sell your food / pastries if you don’t let anyone come inside. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to the...
