I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Cascade Cafe. While the food quality was commendable, the overall visit was marred by exceptionally rude and inconsiderate service, leaving my friend and me feeling upset and disheartened.

The incident occurred when the cashier, whom we colloquially refer to as the "coffee man," displayed a shocking lack of empathy. My visibly exhausted friend, who simply sought a moment to sit down, was asked to stand and was met with a brusque tone. The encounter was not only disheartening but also entirely unnecessary, considering the circumstance.

In a world where kindness should be a fundamental aspect of our interactions, the caustic treatment we received at Cascade Cafe was both surprising and disconcerting. It is disheartening to realize that a place offering good food fails to uphold a basic standard of courtesy and consideration.

While the establishment may pride itself on its culinary offerings, the overall experience was severely compromised by the mediocre seating arrangements and, more importantly, the regrettable behavior of the staff. It is disappointing that our first experience of 2024 began with such an unpleasant visit to what should be a welcoming and customer-oriented establishment.

A small cafe really good for breakfast. Near to our accommodation and value for money. Ordered the pancake, paninis, French toast and empanadas. Pancake is really good, fluffy on the inside with a bit of crisp on the outside. Paninis is also very good and also empanadas.

The environment is nice and cozy with other drinks, yogurt, fruit to sell like convenient shop. Stuff is friendly.

Coffee wise, order a normal non-espresso americano. One of better American coffee and not less better than typical Starbucks and cafe. Good enough for me coming from a country that drank super thick, heavy dose type of coffee based arabica and robusta...
