Chelsea Bagel & Cafe — Restaurant in New York

With all of my heart can tell, that cashier’s customer service on the register is 0. I ordered a sandwich, and cashier asked me: what kind of sandwich did you order? I said: classic sandwich with turkey. He asked me again. I replied the same thing. Then he started to be nervous and said me: Do you speak Russian? So what, does it matter- I speak or not? It doesn’t change my answer!!! I said: yes, I do. Then he asked me again same question in Russian. I replied the same. And he said: we have a lot classic sandwiches with turkey here, just give me a name which one you chose. Honestly, I don’t know their sandwiches’ name either, but I recalled and replied: something like Club Turkey I think? He said: okay, then I was waiting my receipt. He asked me: are you waiting your receipt, I said: yes, please! I don’t like rude people, especially in the service industry, that means I ll never come again to this place. BTW, the sandwich...

Having ordered from Chelsea Bagel & Cafe several times we were accustomed to the slow deliver and occasionally order Flub. None the less they were of a high enough quality and close enough proximity that we were able to look beyond these factors. Today However, I was forced to call Delivery.com directly to cancel this order after waiting 2 hours for delivery and being unable to get in touch with the merchant directly. I understand completely, that a Bagel Place would be busy during an 8am Breakfast rush But a 2 plus hour delivery is extremely uncalled for and extremely inconvenient. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this establishment any longer and will locate a new bagel place for my team. I hear Murray's Bagels has great options. Anyone interested in receiving a quick and delicious meal with accurate ingredients please be warned. Otherwise Chelsea is a great place...

The older man that waited on me asked what i wanted. Told him eggs sandwich on a Cresent.Asked me to get the Cresent from the cabinet behind me. Got the Cresent to give him but didn't take. He was coming to get it himself but said you people r so stupid. The cashier looked at me and put her head down. He said you don't know what a Cresent is? I said you called me stupid? No comment.
