Cinnabon — Restaurant in New York

Seems like to me based on reviews everybody is talking about this same rude girl. Didn’t catch her name nor did I see a name tag. I placed my order at the kiosk I ordered a cinnamon roll. I waited about 5-8 minutes until she got to my order. She handed me my order and I walked about 2 steps from the location and thought to myself wait I didn’t see her pick up the spatula and cut a piece from the hot plate. I proceeded back and asked her nicely can I get a fresh piece she then says it’s the same thing! So I explained to her I haven’t even told you the piece I wanted your trying to serve me a bun that you previously cut for somebody and they did not want it and you left it out. The lady proceeds to go back and fourth with me and I told her never mind I’ll take a refund no biggie I’ve waited for her at the register the cashier is standing by the Cinnabons and says she doesn’t know how to give refunds. I proceeded to say okay no worries can you get a supervisor up here this isn’t right once I mentioned the supervisor now all of a sudden she demanding me to chose the piece I wanted. Like excuse me ! I’ve worked in food service for many years alongside with customer service this is not what I expected especially from this location I come here on random occasions but I highly doubt I’ll be back this is beyond ridiculous! Trying to serve me old food and refusing me a refund. Lady are you okay !? I hardly write reviews and hardly have bad experiences place but this particular cashier that everybody is talking about knows she’s dead wrong ! Ordered 7/11/2025 around 1:50...

I looovvee Cinnabon. I have an unhealthy obsession with their cream cheese frosting. I would order a giant vault of it if I could.

I’ve only stopped by the Cinnabon location in Queens Center Mall once, but the lone lady working there was so kind. She took care to listen to each customer’s request and never rushed anyone. You know how people often don’t look you in the eye and don’t smile? Well, she did neither of that. She made me feel welcome and even happily offered to warm up my cinnamon bun without me asking for it.

I got the Caramel PecanBon with walnuts and while it was entirely too sweet and not something I would order again, I’m glad I got to try it. (I love trying new things, even if they aren’t exactly that great.) I will be back, maybe to get my favorite, trusty Center of the Roll buns, but more than that, because I really felt welcome by the excellent...

Today I needed Cinnabon to make my son a cake for his bday, I didn’t know how many I needed or what sizes should I use ( I wish Cinnabon sold cakes ) well Melissa was AMAZING !! She helped me out with all my questions and concerns , she even provided me with freshly made buns and told me exactly what time to come back for them . She assisted me with helping me turn them into a cake with my cake stand . I couldn’t have gotten a better staff member .. she went above and beyond and made my sons birthday so very special with his favorite desert !!!
