Atención pésima del mánager en el Queens Central Mall..... Vi unos zapatos para mi pequeña hija en la tienda de la 82st...y no había su número así que la empleada averiguo y me indico que había un solo par en el mall.....solo me indico que fuera rápido que los había reservado. Yo hago lo que me fue indicado y al llegar a la tienda del Mall....sin saber que él era el encargado le cuento que fui por los zapatos y me dice que le dé la información código y otras cosas y le digo "yo no los tengo.....solo vine y estoy haciendo lo que se me indico" Él de una forma déspota y tratando de ridiculizarme me dice que YO TENGO que saber lo que se requiere para él poder ayudarme .....a lo que yo le digo YO NO TENGO PORQUE SABER COMO SE HACE TU TRABAJO PORQUE YO SOY UNA CLIENTE, EL QUE DEBE SABER ES USTED....yo soy cliente y hago lo que me indica su empresa a través de los empleados..... pero de lo que estoy segura es que estas haciendo totalmente lo contrario......requiero hablar con el mánager y me dicen él es el manager.....OH Dios que estrellada! Tuve que tener determinación y cordura para no salirme de mis casillas... para no mandarlo para la ** No Di mi brazo a torcer y mi hija obtuvo sus zapatos..... La calidad también pasó de 10 a 1.....a mi esposo se le dañaron (rajaron....agrietaron)unos zapatos a la segunda postura y al ir a hacer el reclamo le dicen: Sr.....usted mojó los zapatos? PLOP......JAJAJAJA....INCREIBLE ......hoy va a llover.....no puedo ponerme mis Skechers porque se rajan! Un morral a la primera usada descosido el borde de la cremallera....
