I have heard about this place from a friend since they recently opened up and wanted to try it. They have a wide variety of choices to choose from....but decided to try the Oxtails. Just the right amount of spice mixed with the perfect stew like flavor. The rice and peas tasted great too. I loved the baked Mac and cheese (macaroni pie for my fellow Caribbean people) was delicious. I actually was thinking to get like another order of it but was like "I'll try it first before getting 2 slices" and regretted it. Next time I go, I'll be trying the Chicken Foot. Definitely worth a check if you are in the area. 💜

I usually go to the Utica Ave location in Brooklyn but recently found out about this location. The curry goat with rice and peas is a must try. Also, make sure to ask for the natural juices, i recommend trying the pineapple ginger. The Guyanese young lady behind the counter is great, always a smile and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This place is definitely on my weekly food stop.

Their food is amazing and affordable!! When I first visited, the lady in the front was so nice, I ended up coming back the same day during dinner because I wanted to try something else. I got stewed chicken with white rice for $7, as you can see my container was packed! Their baked chicken is amazing as well. Definitely a new fave spot for me!

honestly, I’ve been going here for a year now and the food is always and i mean always up to perfect standard! I’ve fallen in-love with the food and i literally crave it occasionally😂. Their macaroni salad and mac &’ cheese is a go 2 for me. not to mention, customer servicing is amazinggg. I can literally start conversations with the cook and server and they never gave me nasty looks/rude commentary. I ordered a small spicy rusta pasta and barbecue chicken and a barbecue chicken with mac and cheese and white rice. The Barbecue chicken in each meal was very hard and unchewable. I spent 30 dollars for nothing. I called the Location on Rockaway boulevard right away upon tasting the food and all I was told was they may have baked the chicken too long and she was sorry about that. I will not do business with this company again. They get 2 thumbs down on the quality of the food. I do not recommend this location unless they let you taste the food...
