I bought something on their website. They claim that they provide quick delivery service but they don’t.

I placed my order on Saturday and waited until Wednesday to find out they still didn’t ship my order. I emailed them and was told to provide some irrelevant information, such as whether I’m from Taiwan or not. I called and they didn’t try to help on the phone. They just asked me to wait for the email reply. And again, they asked some nonsense questions, such as where the recipient lived before. What on earth does it have to do with my simple online order? And if they really need this information, why didn’t they email me at the first time?

It’s Friday now and I still didn’t get any feedback. They charged me already but I don’t know where my purchase is now. It seems like they just ignored my order until I emailed them. Im not sure if it’s an Asian unfriendly shop. I feel very disappointed since I saw lots of comments online saying how friendly the sales are in the store but it’s different from what I got on my phone call.

i love this shop... they can get all the same gear you can find at the big stores at great prices, but the no pressure sales environment is what makes it special... you can take your time with the gear and be sure that you are getting what you want and need... its great to have them in williamsburg because i don't have to leave the neighborhood to get my gear...

i've bought 4 or 5 travel point and shoots from them over the years as well as 2 dsl bodies and an array of lenses... and i've always had a positive experience with the service...

i did use their print service on one occasion for some 8 x 10's and found the results to be very good and with a quick turn around time...

all in all very happy with my experience there and can't recommend them enough

I searched for a product and their site came up and said it was in stock so I ordered. A week later I still hadn't received shipping information so I tried to call and they were closed for a week for Passover which wasn't listed anywhere on their site. When they opened back up I have them a couple of days to ship and still got nothing so I called again and was told that they didn't have it so they'd be cancelling the order. I started to stay that the website said it was in stock when I ordered but the guy cut me off and said "Yeah, I don't know anything about that. I'll cancel the order."
