I am south asian so I wanted to check out what they had. I saw an incense holder, the item itself was unlabeled and the nearest label next to it said $4, which seemed reasonable compared to other things they had there. (Since in south asia, those things would barely be a dollar, $4 seemed somewhat reasonable and like a bargain) I went to checkout, the cashier didnt show me the total or tell me the total, after I tapped I checked my card and it was $21. I humbly asked if I could return it, the cashier rudely just said and I quote, "All sales were final." That's it. And I just walked away because I did not feel like saying anything. But considering, it was not a clothing item I put on me or anything that was custom made, and I politely asked within barely a minute of me buying it, they should have allowed me to return it. They have a wide variety of men & womenswear with a very well organized cohesive collection. They also have a wide variety of home & handcrafted artisan goods from all over the world along with art, decor, accessories, jewelry, candles incense so much to offer! I am literally obsessed with this store! Anytime I have a gift I need to buy I just love coming here. They have such a cool selection but very reasonable pricing and I always find something. I love the whole experience. It always smells so good in there. They have the best style and the staff is so helpful and love styling me and showing me the new things they got.
