Roxana Gourmet inc — Restaurant in New York

Ordered a roxana special, Ground beef they gave me was over cooked. Black and crispy. Inedible.

Edit- 10 month updated.. had to lower the service review to a 1 and total score to a 1 of out 5 stars.

I again, order the roxana (when will i learn!?). Its is described on both postmast and Uber eats as - "chopped beef with grilled Chicken topped with bacon and pepper jack cheese on toasted garlic hero"

I get it 0 cheese, just a bunch of meat. When I call, the guy tells me he doesn't care what Uber eats say, the roxana does not come with cheese.

Go gaslight the mirror, I ain't the one. Last time giving any money to these wanna...

Although the owner of this establishment is generally nice, I was disappointed with my recent experience there. When I ordered grilled chicken, I found a hair in my food and when I showed it to the owner, he was speechless and did not offer any apology or compensation. This lack of concern for the customer's satisfaction was very disappointing. Additionally, the short man with a beard working in the grill should take care to cover his beard while handling food to avoid this type of issue. As a result of this negative experience, I will not be returning...

Ordered a chicken over rice. Cook was not wearing a hairnet, despite him having a beard. I found a hair in my food later that night.

Chicken was okay, nothing special, I've eaten tastier halal chicken from some of the food carts on Fresh pond.

Rice was too sweet and did not taste good at all.

I also found small hard chunks of something. I assumed they were bones but nevertheless it was disgusting and it was my first time eating halal where I found bones inside the food

Certainly will not...
