As a frequent customer of this store, I never thought I'd be writing a review of this abysmal customer service that I experienced. Unfortunately, my most recent visit at 3 pm left me utterly disappointed and frustrated, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Despite being a familiar face to the staff and having ordered their acai bowls numerous times before, I was met with shocking indifference from the man who often stands at the front counter. I approached the counter politely and asked for my usual acai bowl, a request that should have been straightforward. To my astonishment, the man flatly refused to make anything for me. What made this experience even more infuriating was the fact that I could see all the ingredients for the acai bowl ready to be prepared right behind him. It was clear that he was fully capable of making it but chose not to. It's disheartening to witness such laziness and apathy from a person who I encounter daily at the register. Customer service should be the cornerstone of any business, especially one that relies on repeat customers. It is inexcusable to treat loyal patrons with such disregard. Even if the man had a legitimate reason for not serving me, he should have communicated it professionally and courteously. Instead, he left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. Furthermore, it's important to note that I have witnessed the other hardworking employees at this store consistently prepare acai bowls for customers without any hesitation. This stark contrast in service between the diligent workers and the individual in question only highlights the extent of the problem. It's baffling that while some employees uphold the standards of good customer service, others seem disinterested in meeting the basic expectations of their role. This inconsistency further underscores the need for urgent improvement in the overall service quality at this establishment. I have been a regular customer of this store, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I want to continue patronizing it. It's clear that there are serious issues with the customer service at this establishment with one particular member, and I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to rectify him. As for me, I will be exploring other options where my loyalty and patronage are genuinely...

I used to love that place and stop there every morning before work as the staff is cool and place is cute. But lately for the past week to be precise. I order my usual matcha latte with vanilla syrup. I request in a large cup and always agree on paying extra since you guys mentioned you can only do it in small/ medium cup. Now where it is not right, is to don’t fill up the large cup I paid extra for and don’t add the syrup neither while it’s all watery and so hot I burned my tongue. I don’t even come at rush hour which sometimes might justify the lack of making an order correctly. But guys if you don’t want to do it . Just don’t put it on the menu. Moral. Just check your cup before leaving the place otherwise you will get them half full for paying full price and everything lately if hot as hell so...

They opened a while ago. Me and my wife were one of the first customers, had coffee everyday at 7-730 am. Everything was great!! (great service, amazing coffee and it was super clean). Things have changed lately…coffee: you can definitely find better (cold brew seems like A LOT of ice and some coffee), sometimes (commonly) they mix orders or use the wrong milk. That great service: NOT anymore. The “baristas” are super rude, they treat clients as if we owe them something (honestly I think this is the worst part of all, the staff and how they treat the clients). Super clean: definitely A LOT of room for improvement. It’s disgusting: floors, behind the counter, the AC, etc.

I really hope management takes some action. Dan Jones can be a great...

Cute coffee shop nestled in among many shops. Coffee was good as well as their pastries! They use La Colombe coffee beans and their selection of pastries is varied. Pastries are from Balthazar and Colson Patisserie. I tried their cheddar scallion savory scone and rhubarb scone and both were very good; the rhubarb scone didn't taste as fresh as the cheddar scallion scone but I got them on different days. I wish the store was a bit cleaner and wish they had labels on their pastries to know what was what and the price. Would definitely go back.

This is an awesome, pretty place in the city, they serve Croissants, Brownies, and Cookies and the coffee is super good. The whole staff speaks English and Spanish which is highly appreciated. They have signs on the tables about the sitting time being only 45 minutes but I politely asked them about doing a job interview there and they were supportive and patient, I love when the people working in this places are empathic and humans, will definitely be my to go place when in this area.
