Haven't been there in a while.. New staff...I went there with My Mom to enjoy the day and get out.. I met a lovely young ladie named Stephanie and asked her WHATS GOOD HERE??? With a smile from ear to ear and a twinkle in her eyes she said EVERYTHING IS GOOD HERE!!!! I have to say SHE WAS RITE!!! It is all good but u just know when u ask the rite questions she gives u the rite and honest answers.. I couldn't ask for a better experience..Thank u for making our experience such a good one..Im sorry I didn't get the names of the other 2 workers that were there today 5/26 around 6pm but I'd like to say THANK YOU as well.... If u guys never been there just go and ask WHATS GOOD HERE ??? and get ur taste buds ready for the ride of ur lives!!! P.s. Everything is made in house!!!! HIGHLY...

I went to the ice cream shop at Moynihan Hall train station and that location is fabulous. The ice cream is decadent. The employees were very friendly and were very good and knowledgeable. I got the hot chocolate in the "large cup". My son got the strong coffee milkshake both were sooo good. The vegan ice cream that I tasted was so good I was tempted to get a scoop until I tried the hot chocolate. Let me tell you that it was one of the most creamy chocolate center warming cup, drooling a little writing this. I can't believe an ice cream shop at the train station was this clutch. My son's milkshake was among the best I've had. Along with some of the best coffee flavored ice cream. We love coffee flavored ice cream. Now I want to go to the original location. Davey’s Ice Cream is a real neighborhood treasure! Their Speculoos Milkshake is incredible—perfectly balanced and full of flavor—and their vegan hot chocolate is rich, comforting, and just as satisfying as any dairy version.

We had the opportunity to work with Davey’s while filming scenes for our TV show outside their shop, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making things easy for everyone involved.

Walked by Davey’s on my way back feeling a bit heavy from ramen dinner but had to make a stop since there’s always room for ice cream. I ordered a kids scoop of the speculoos chocolate chip in a waffle cone (they were out of regular sugar cones) which was perfectly sized and a delicious post-dinner treat. The speculoos blended well with the vanilla base and chocolate chip (luckily this was chopped chocolate and not actual chips). Great texture and consistency–my walk home was 10 mins and it didn’t melt too quickly. Scoops are a bit pricey but worth the treat!
