I’ve been seeing Kara for over two years now, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my skin. She has helped me navigate some significant challenges — including eczema, dermatitis, and generally sensitive skin — always putting my long-term skin health first. There have even been times she’s turned me away, advising rest and recovery instead of a treatment, simply because that’s what my skin needed most.

Kara goes above and beyond to get to the root of any issue. She’s referred me to phenomenal professionals around the city and, when I discovered I had an allergy to a skincare ingredient, she carefully reviewed every product she uses to ensure it was safe for me.

Beyond her expertise and genuine care, her treatments are incredible. Her space is beautiful and calming, and she incorporates thoughtful touches like a hand massage during masks, hot and cold therapy, and red light therapy — I always leave feeling so relaxed and cared for. Kara was amazing! Her space was clean, super comfortable. I wasn't sure what I wanted to focus on other than acne, and she suggested a few treatments but made sure I was comfortable with them. She put my thoughts and feelings before anything else. I received a lot of input regarding my skin problems, and even learned the differences between inflamed vs noninflamed acne! Kara explained every step she took, kept asking how I felt. She put so much detail into many of the steps which actually shocked me considering I've had numerous facials with various estheticians in the past where there wasn't any focus on certain parts of my face. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I truly felt like I was a part of the process rather than Kara just doing everything herself. I especially loved how many suggestions I received regarding after care and preventing these issues in the future, rather than the usual "buy this" or "get facials more often". Would give 6 stars...
