UPDATE: The food here gave me food poisoning! I stopped in for lunch this afternoon and noticed the chicken was off along with the mac n cheese. I was very sick within only a couple hours. This was my first meal and I didn’t eat anything afterwards so there couldn’t have been anything else that would’ve caused it. No need to get into the specifics but the aftermath was terrible. I wouldn’t even wish it on my worst enemies. Food safety practices are not taken seriously at this establishment. Be warned. Please be careful, if the food looks or tastes off.. chances are it is.

—

For whatever reason the food here is very inconsistent. There have now been a handful of times where I stop in to order my usual order and when I sit down to eat, it tastes awful. Specifically the mac n cheese. It is so awful that it is completely inedible. Regrettably, I’ve had to throw out bowls from here multiple times. I can’t even describe what to compare it to as it doesn’t even taste like food.

Mind you, I am a regular customer of their other locations throughout the city. Unfortunately the food quality and consistency at this location will keep me from returning unless corrected. It’s a shame as I regularly frequent this neighborhood, but I can’t stomach their...

I hardly ever write reviews, but the staff at this location is just plain rude ! On occasion, in the past two weeks, i’ve experienced a very unenthusiastic staff who just throws your food in the bowl and is unwilling to be patience and speak kindly to their customers. At approximately 2:20pm on 10/4 , there was a female identifying employee who YELLED at the entire line of customers because the order of the bowls were mixed up and she couldn’t figure out which bowl belonged to which customer. Unbeknownst to her, it was her fellow employee who rearranged the bowls prior to walking away from the line. I stood in line and watched this whole display and decided to walk out and not purchase any food from this establishment.

I am a customer who ENJOYS the food at dig inn, but the customer service is disgusting and no one should be treated so rudely when they are choosing to spend their money at your establishment.

P.s on 10/1 the tofu was extremely salty, and I couldn’t consume...

I rarely get to the point to leave a bad review. But this time I can't help it. I have been going to the location of Dig on Broadway for at least 3 years . Love the food . Their veggies rice and grains. A quick fix for days when I have no desire to cook but eat wholesome food. Occasionally I experienced poor service but never paid much of attention . I actually often told them that I wish I could leave a tip as thir payment system did not allow it . Paradoxically now it is possible but in 3 consecutive days I experienced to worst service and lack of attention. Once 3 employees were all preparing a large order to go but none of them even talked to the few guests waiting to be served . I mean not even " sorry I will be with you shortly ? " that day 4 of walk out . Today I got some food but it was so hard to even hear or be heard as the music was so loud . Really love their food but I am afraid I am going to give...

This dig inn has so many issues it’s ridiculous. The portions served are incorrect. I ask for extra servings to try to alleviate the issue and the food doesn’t amount to cost. 23.25. The second servings were incorrect! Then I get to the end of the register and the receipt machine is jammed. One employee comes up and ask how I know the portion size? Very antagonizing. Being served by an incompetent staff is so frustrating. I’ve been to other dig inn’s were the service was smooth, and the staff was respectful. I don’t normally write reviews but something needs to change here!

When I ordered for pick up, my order was incorrect. I ordered the steak eggs and Brussels, but it came through on their side as just a steak and Brussels order. My receipt for the order was different from the one Dig printed. That item, steak and Brussels is not even currently on the menu. Very annoying, but once you’re home there isn’t anything you can really do about it.

DIG is one of my favorites in the city. It’s always quick, always fresh, and always delicious. It has a seasonal menu so you can take advantage of new options throughout the year. Not a bad price point either for the quality you get. This is the first time I tried the Hot Honey Chicken and I loved it. The Jasper Hill max and cheese was SO good.
