Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Our Pizza was sitting at the restaurant so long that our food was room temperature by the time we received it, and we had to re-warm our meal after waiting almost 1.5 hours. We were watching the tracker and it took 1 hour at stage 4-5 (Quality check and Delivery), where stage 1-3 (Order placed, Prep and Bake) only took 15 minutes. Since our pizza's took so long we were expecting pizzas made to perfection and instructions followed to the tee, but that was of course too much to ask. None of our pan pizza's had a layer of tomato sauce, either they put very little and it dried out in the oven or there was none to begin with (it was a waste of the 2.00 upgrade). We had to find our own tomato sauce and apply it to the pizza because our slices were so dry with cheese/meat toppings that we couldn't enjoy it. When we called in thinking that there was an issue with the tracker we were put on a 15 minute hold just to be informed they only have two drivers and they aren't sure of how much longer we will have to wait. This location is extremely disorganized, under staffed, and overwhelmed with orders. In the past my order hasn't even been delivered after hours of waiting and I have had two of my pizza's miss placed when I did a carryout order (these both happening in the last 2 times that I ordered at this place). This dominos is the WORST. I ordered online and was given a delivery estimate of 45 mins. I watched the tracker as my pizzas were prepared, but never seemed to go out for delivery over an HOUR after the tracker marked it complete. I then called the store to inquire about my lengthy wait and was told that they only had one delivery driver. When I asked if my food had even left the store, the young man who answered the phone said that it either went out or it hadn't. ???? What the hell kind of answer is that? He placed me on hold and just as I had suspected, and the tracker verified, my food hadn't even left the the store a full HOUR after being ready. I then said I understand the lack of delivery people, but asked that my food be re-made FRESH. I was told that his manager said either way I'm going to have to wait for the one delivery person and if they were to remake my food they would just "put me at the back of the delivery line", with laughter in his voice. I find this appalling that they would even attempt to deliver someone FOOD that has been sitting on a countertop for AN HOUR. Not only is that DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY, it's BAD BUSINESS. Workers are very rude and inconsiderate. Placed order since 8:45pm used the tracker and claimed it was delivered and it wasn't. when I called the first lady answered and I explained the issue and she asked for me not to write a bad review she would add on a soda that was at 9:45pm at 11:15pm my order still never made it. Called again and asked for a manager. When the caller came back on (same person) I asked for his name he only gave Dwight when asked last name he refused to give me then what made it worse started raising his voice at me tell me that the place is busy and he doesn't have time for this while hissing his teeth when told him the issues he had the nerve to hang up the phone. It is now 11:24pm and my family hasn't eaten. This store 3484 Boston Rd Bx NY 10475 is the worst. This was and will be last time ever ordering from this place due to the fact that they have to many wrong doings with me. Either by ordering by phone or going in.
